Staff was super helpful and it’s in a great location walkable to many sights in Florence as well as the train station.

Very nice and comfortable hotel in a great spot close to many landmarks in Florence. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our questions and eager in giving instructions to the various sites we wanted to visit. I would stay again if I would go back to Florence.

The staff was friendly, clean room everyday when we returned! Bar downstairs was great!

Experiência ruim, quarto velho e barulhento. Cage da manhã bom. Localização próxima a estação de trem, mas muito suja.

I have been to Florence a few times but this was my first time staying at Hotel Atlantic Palace. I would be happy to stay here again! Staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our whole stay (3 nights). The room was clean and perfect for my partner and I. The location of the hotel was great, too, less than 10 minute from the Santa Maria Novella train station and within walking distance to Duomo and museums. I would warn that if you are on the first floor to be mindful that there may be a window (though frosted) beside the toilet. For some this may be a non-issue, but at night, I would turn off the light to use the toilet because I was a little bit wary about people on the street seeing a figure on the toilet. Though, I never went to street level to see how visible it was.

very very old rooms and the furniture. shower is broken and a lot of stains … but stuff is amazing ! location is great!

Fifth time in Florence but 1st time staying at Atlantic Palace - treated wonderfully - highly recommend it. Breakfast was the best of any hotel I have stayed in Italy. Will be back. Ask for Dominic - very helpful. Will be back.

Huge rooms. I thought it was a suite. Enormous breakfast. Close to train station, restaurants, museums.

Staff is really supportive and polite. Room was clean and AC in working condition.

The buffet breakfast was excellent, fresh, well stocked and constantly replenished. Very helpful staff. Great location and rooftop bar next door was a bonus.

La chambre très bien entretenue, personnel à l’écoute et disponible. Connexion wifi parfaite. Petit déjeuner complet du salé au sucré. Peux être avoir quelques chaînes autre que les italiennes. Sinon, nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci

Lo bueno: El señor del front desk que atendía en la mañana, un 10/10. Muy amable y dispuesto para ayudar y resolver. La habitación y baño, cómodos y limpios. Buena ubicación, cerca del metro. Lo malo: El señor del front desk de la tarde, me parece que no entendió que su trabajo es atender a turistas. Muy mala disposición. Un laberinto para llegar a las habitaciones. El aire acondicionado no servía. Mucha bulla alrededor. Creo que no volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí.

Hotel bem localizado, com algumas deficiências de manutenção, café da manhã razoável. Minha mulher sentiu um cheiro muito ruim em uma das noites.
