Hotel ben posizionato, ma i 4 stelle sono altri. Neanche un frigorifero minibar in camera , vasca doccia con vetro che si allagava, camera poco insonorizzata.

Perfect and as expected.

Great for quick stay!

This is an old property. Great location but the building needs a total renovation. We suffered for 3 nights sweating with almost no air conditioning.

Adoramos nossa estadia no hotel. O quarto era bem aconchegante e confortável. Toda a equipe era solícita e buscavam estar dispostos para ajudar a todo tempo. Iremos retornar com certeza, será nossa casa em Florença.

Muito velho e muito pouco funcional nos acessos interiores. Parece pouco seguro em situações de emergência e evacuação.

La habitación limpia y el personal muy atento y amable El desayuno esta muy bien y el personal del restaurante muy amable. Muy buena ubicación del hotel muy cerca de la estación del tren. Si regresaría otra vez al hotel cuando vaya a Florencia

Great stay

La struttura è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi dalla Stazione ferroviaria. Egualmente, tutte le principali attrazioni di Firenze sono raggiungibili a piedi entro 15-25 minuti max. Avevo una camera superior al terzo piano con vista magnifica sul centro storico della città. Personale cortese. Accoglienza cordiale. Acqua di cortesia disponibile nel frigobar. Camera spaziosa. Letto comodissimo con scelta di cuscini. Ottimale la climatizzazione e buona l’insonorizzazione. Buona la dotazione di prodotti in bagno. La colazione, in linea con le 4 stelle, offre una vasta scelta tra dolce e salato, frutta fresca, vegetali, bevande calde e fredde. Unica nota negativa: è da migliorare la qualità dei succhi di frutta, assolutamente inadeguata al resto.

The front desk staff were all very nice and helpful and the room was large and clean. The only odd thing about the room we had was that it appeared to be in the building next door and connected in a very strange way... Our room was on the 2nd floor, but once we took the elevator up and walked down a long hallway, we then had to go down a flight of stairs to get to our room. There wasn't an elevator that went directly to our floor... So you either lug your luggage up or down a flight to find an elevator, when ready to check out. Not the most convenient, but it was a nice stay other than that.

Very nice hotel, excellent location, clean and large room, lovely sitting area. Very noisy though.

A estadia foi muito boa. A localização do hotel é ótima, perto das estações principais do trem/onibus/bonde. Ótimos restaurantes também perto do hotel, além do mercado central (maravilhoso). A equipe de funcionários muito atenciosos e super competentes. Ajudaram sempre que possível. O café da manhã é muito completo e com opções sem glúten e vegetarianas.

Super kind staff! They kindly helped us bring our bags up to our room, which helped since my suitcase is over half my height so it's a struggle to go up stairs sometimes 😭 No complaints, I loved the location because it's a short walk to the train station but also surrounded by a bunch of shops and restaurants !

Staff was super helpful and it’s in a great location walkable to many sights in Florence as well as the train station.

Very nice and comfortable hotel in a great spot close to many landmarks in Florence. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our questions and eager in giving instructions to the various sites we wanted to visit. I would stay again if I would go back to Florence.
