2nd time staying here, really happy with the size, cleanliness and comfort the room. It’s far from central London but is easily accessible by bus and tube (Hayes and Harlington or Hatton Cross station). I have purchased breakfast this time, like it with plenty of healthy options, they’ve a la carte items like pancake, omelette, but I didn’t try. Gym and spa are amazing, top notched. However it only opens at 8am on Sunday. Very likely to stay there again when I’m in London next.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed comfortable, quiet also.

Check in was a breeze, beautiful motel and room, however, the shower was very disappointing. You have a high step over into the tub to take a shower and the shower head was meant for short folks being under 5 ft. I am 6 ' and to duck down to wash my hair. Again, very surprised due to the caliber of the motel. They even offered hot towels-go figure!

Quick check in with a very nice room even though I arrived after 11pm.

Reception was average. Spoke very quietly and didn’t explain where room was or offer to book table for dinner. For dinner, signed receipt for food and expected this to be added to our bill on check out. But, received a call at 11 pm, when in bed, saying need to pay now. Not impressed. Raised at check out and gave me £4 off the parking which was £16 !!

So I stayed this hotel last night. I asked specifically for a quiet room as I suffer from insomnia badly. Got a nice room however my whole stay was ruined by the maids trying to get into my room 3 times in the morning without knocking !! No knock just tried to get in he/she apologized then did it twice again! The last time I shouted get out! ! At 7.55 am! Then 7.59 then at 8 am I mean what kind of hotel is this! Not only was this highly upsetting but it ruined my sleep which I specifically said is a massive issue for me. I went to the desk before breakfast to complain as this is not on especially as this supposed caliber of hotel.The man called cleaning and then I was told to go relax and so sorry, that was it?! There was no I’ll give you a discount for this high inconvenience or nothing! I was gonna stay here again end of February but now I won’t and I won’t recommend this place either!This hotel failed and not only that you didn’t try to rectify the situation

A comfortable stay the night before our holiday, excellent customer service at reception and hard work from Christina in the restaurant with easy parking before our flight.
