2nd time staying here, really happy with the size, cleanliness and comfort the room. It’s far from central London but is easily accessible by bus and tube (Hayes and Harlington or Hatton Cross station). I have purchased breakfast this time, like it with plenty of healthy options, they’ve a la carte items like pancake, omelette, but I didn’t try. Gym and spa are amazing, top notched. However it only opens at 8am on Sunday. Very likely to stay there again when I’m in London next.

Hotel building is older, but well maintained. Room was clean, AC was powerful, restaurant had good food. Staff were helpful. Can be a long walk to rooms based on the building layout.

Not great

Rooms looked like I stepped back into 1986. Had to hunt for the kettle and coffee. Despite a cue leaving the door they had to check in spots and 1 of the Elevators only seemed to like the 3rd floor. Staff didn’t seemed bothered about anything.

Staff at reception was rude. Hotel itself offers excellent Location, easy access.

The style of the property was to my personal liking, a touch of the old world but still very modern and tasteful. The staff were always helpful, considering it being mainly an airport hotel, with constant movement of travelers waiting for connections. The restaurant was available to guests throughout the day which I found very help , especially while chilling out between flights, and again the restaurant staff were always helpful and attentive. All in all, a great Hotel!

Staff entered the room without knocking twice, first on the afternoon then at 8am in the morning. Never had that happen before. Room could’ve been cleaner, some stains in the bathroom. Overall hotel is quite dated and amenities are good but not enough weight equipment space for size of hotel.

Still a great airport hotel.

Hotel needs a renovation. Coffee machine was broken at the Cafe. Hair dryer needs instructions.

The front desk staff gave us the WRONG information about where the shuttle at Heathrow picked up (told us gates 17/18, but it was Gate 13), so we ended up taking a taxi. On the way back to Heathrow, we were very surprised to learn that the shuttle bus actually cost 7 pounds per person - so waiting for it was not worth it. Taking a taxi would have been more cost effective. We felt a bit duped by the "hotel services" listing an airport shuttle - which seemed like it was included. Expedia NEEDS to make sure they specify that there is a shuttle that picks up - which is helpful - AND that it costs per person on top of the hotel room fees.
