great breakfast and staff

Breakfast was not good. Coffee machine dident work. Orange drink dident work. Hit food was all cold.

Great hotel and accommodating staff. Very Pet friendly. The restaurant serves good choice of food and breakfast too. But sometimes is not open in the evening which can be a bit disappointing although they do have a snack service

Great location with very friendly helpful staff. Very convinient for the tunnel, would stay again.

BED BUGS!! ended up with multiple bites. No air conditioning. Restaurant food was poor, burger was over packed. Not worth the money based on experience!!

Nice and convenient hotel for the Eurotunnel crossing back to UK, whilst on my recent motorcycle trip. Close to the tunnel with parking for the bike. Surprisingly good food for a hotel, in the onsite restaurant.

Disappointed as we had read good review s. Tiny room, had to squeeze through the door with luggage. Bed was very close to walls with little room to get in and out of bed. But the biggest issue was there was no aircon, no fan, and with the windows open lots of mosquitoes, in 34 degrees it was unbearable. Thankfully we were there for only one night! So sorry as we have previously stayed in good Ibis hotels.

Arrivé pour ce weekend le vendredi départ dimanche... Des le vendredi soir pas d'eau chaude, jusqu'au dimanche Au prix de la chambre, le service doit être présent...aucune solution trouvée nous attendons un dedomagement

Stayed for one night after travelling on le shuttle and before heading south. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Restaurant was a nice place to sit after the long journey.

Use this hotel frequently as a stop before and after the tunnel, staff friendly and helpful, rooms ok for money, food decent and very convenient. This trip had problem with hot water, barely tepid.

Excellent breakfast. Fresh fruit salad, bacon and scrambled egg if you like hot food, pastries, cereal, bsguettes....all you could want. Good atmosphere at dinner the night before. Our dog was welcome.

Breakfast was great, lots of variety. The bed was the best hotel bed I have ever had, perfect combination of firm and soft. The interior of the room was clean and a little on the shabby side. The hotel is not centrally located, more in a suburban area which is pleasant to walk around. Nothing fancy, very utilitarian feel.

rooms are a bit tired

Shops etc carefour Inter n fuel not too far away but everything is in the hotel for a short stay. Theres a newly refurbed park to walk for pets too and playarea.

Godt hotel til prisen. Yderst behagelig personale, kæledyrs venligt, og rigtig god morgenmad. Bor her tit ok det kan varmt anbefales!

Vi har overnattet mange gange før på hotellet, og finder det rigtigt godt til prisen. Venlig personale og god betjening. Morgenmaden er altid noget jeg ser frem til på hotellet da det er ganske godt! Men denne gang var jeg lidt skuffet ikke muligt at få blødkogt landæg. Kogeapparatet var i stykker. Kan varmt anbefale hotellet.
