Limpio, centrico, habitaciones grandes y un buen desayuño. Pefecto para una escapada.

The staff were helpful and the room was clean but basic, with nowhere to put my luggage. I did not pay a lot for the room so that was to be expected. Breakfast and parking were not included and almost doubled the cost of the stay. But saying that you get what you pay for, and for a night in Pamplona it was good value.

The breakfast was lovely and the staff at breakfast were really friendly. Some of the front counter staff were nice. Rooms were small but nice.

El sistema de “check in” es estresante porque llegamos 1 hora antes y tuvimos que esperar en el frío. Deben utilizar tecnología disponible y evitar demoras para pode ingresar a partir del 2 pm. Para un café y desayuno tampoco utilizan la tecnología disponible. Hay que esperar hasta las 7 de la mañana.

Hôtel facilement accessible en voiture et proche du centre, le parking tout proche est un plus. Check-in à distance si on veut arriver avant 16:30 (pas de présence avant). Hôtel très propre, personnel sympathique et chambre confortable. Néanmoins la chambre est très bruyante (pas d'isolation phonique extérieure et intérieure: on attend les gens parler dehors ou descendre l'escalier!). Le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas les 14 euros (viennoiserie et pain à améliorer en particulier)

Wahnsinnig Norderney Sauberes und toll ausgestattetes Zimmer. Preis Leistung ist absolut unschlagbar. Wahnsinnig leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Wunderbar Zentrale Lage. In 5-10min kann man zu Fuß im Zentrum alles erreichen.

All good! No much space in bathroom for stuff, but bathroom and room good in size. Al clean and modern.

Nice staff, and cleanliness but it was not updated, seemed more like a motel and the price doesn't match the amenities.

Easy check in, great wifi, friendly multilingual staff, quiet and clean rooms, and a great central location.

シャワーのタイプがなかなか馴染みのないタイプ。水捌けが悪い上に外に溢れそうになるのが心配だった。 スタッフは丁寧で施設も清潔です。

Lugar con muy buena ubicacion para recorrer el centro de Pamplona. Camas comodas. Desayuno bueno. Para repetir si vuelvo a Pamplona.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado,vas a todos los puntos de interés a pie, una de las cosas que no nos ha gustado es que nos tocó una habitación abuhardillada, no podía usar el baño de pie,el desayuno a 14€ por persona y poca variedad, en los alrededores hay zona azul de aparcamiento y suele haber muchos

Buen hotel para clientes nada exigentes. Muy buena ubicación y buen servicio, la persona del desayuno muy agradable. Habitación muy austera. Mi mesita de noche era un tronco (literal, un tronco).

La chambre est trop petite

El hotel no está mal, no se merece las cuatro estrellas. Hay troncos de árbol como mesita de noche. La recepción es una mesa. Pero compensa el trato con el personal, tanto la de recepción como las camareras de piso, a excepción de la que había cuándo lleguemos que era más sosa. Y lo mejor la posición, está en un sitio buenísimo.
