非常差的住宿體驗, 網站內有提供機場接送服務, 惟落機後又說沒有, 前台叫我自已叫計程車說很近祗要20歐, 我是第一次到比利時, 還有一個女生在晚上10前徬徨地去找計程車, 負評!

The room was clean and well maintained, making for a comfortable stay overall. However, the mattresses were poor and uncomfortable, which affected sleep quality. On the positive side, the staff were helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist, greatly improving the experience.

Ficamos apenas uma noite e não conseguimos tomar o café da manhã. As instalações foram ótimas para o propósito em passar apenas uma noite. Contamos com o serviço de táxi oferecido para o transporte do hotel ao aeroporto no meio da madrugada, pois o horário da viagem foi bem cedo. O táxi foi pontual e nos levou ao aeroporto sem intercorrências. O restaurante também atendeu as necessidades no oferecimento de algo para alimentação. Eu recomendo.

At there resuturant they couldnt really Cook was extreamly bad and no kompensation

Es una opción intermedia entre la austeridad y la comodidad. Habitación sin lujos y algo vieja ya. La localización es interesante para el aeropuerto o viajes en coche. Para la ciudad, no lo es.

Overall not a great experience. The staff was not helpful or friendly and the rooms were not very clean.

ほぼ全てよかったが、電球が切れかかっている箇所と、洗面所が詰まりかかっていたのが気になりました。他は文句なしです。

Nothing to share. Arrived late, left early.

Il piatto doccia era tutto macchiato ed era evidente che le pulizie erano fatte in modo un po' superficiale (molta polvere, magari in angoli più nascosti o sotto al letto). Inoltre il personale della reception, a parte un ragazzo, molto poco cordiale. Alla fine basterebbe sorridere un po' di più ai clienti.

Basic, need some renovation

The room was clean, but without necessarily accessories. No tresor, the hair dryer ilwas constantly overheated and didn't work. And the main issue was missing brush for toilet.

Could be better but regular and serious day to day cleaning meeds to be carried out on daily basis. Dust and cobweb are abundant in the room and staff should verify the smooth operating of wifi and tv.

Came a few days for a conference in a nearby hotel that was more expensive. Exceeded my (moderate) expectations. The chain is in general quite predictable though. Train station is convenient bit quite far away. No commerce, no restaurant at reasonable distance. Walked to downtown but not a great walk.
