房間的暖氣似乎無法使用，只能開冷氣，但是給的被子非常薄(應該只能說是床單)，然後床上面給的毛毯棉絮很多，蓋的時候一直打噴嚏。衣櫃裡有附毛毯，棉絮略少，但是晚上只有冷氣好冷哦。

My sister and I stayed here two weeks ago. When we arrived, the hotel was experiencing issues with the air conditioning. To make up for the inconvenience, our breakfast was complimentary for the first two days. Because there was no clear timeline for when the AC would be repaired, the staff arranged for us to be transferred to another hotel for the remainder of our stay. Throughout the situation, the staff was kind, professional, and very helpful. They communicated with us regularly and worked hard to make the transition as smooth as possible. The hotel is in a great location, with convenient access to the metro and many nearby attractions. While the AC issue was unfortunate, we appreciated the excellent customer service and the efforts made to ensure we were taken care of.

Dejligt ophold, ligger perfekt. 15 min fra stranden og det samme til La Rambla. De to stjerne svarer til 4 stjernet i DK. Super morgenmad og der er altid plads uanset om man kommer kl 7 eller kl 10. Gode værelser og flinkt personale. Rolig gade og ingen larm om natten.

the staff were excellent, very helpful with everything. the hotel was very clean. this is a very simple hotel, pretty much just a place to sleep as the rooms are very simple.

Great location!

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Our room was unbearably hot during our stay. We did not comfortably sleep due to the heat and our room not properly cooling. We notified staff on our second night about the issue as our room was not cooling down after having the cooling unit running all day. They attempted to make changes to the unit but ultimately brought us a fan which wasn’t sufficient as there were 4 of us in the room.

This is a horrible hotel and staff. Everyday I was there my key didn’t work and I would have to go get a new key and the staff never bothered to care it was happening over and over. The biggest thing is our room had no WiFi. I’m Oahu g the sale price as other rooms with no WiFi and I work form my laptop. All the front desk had to say was that some rooms don’t get wifi…so basically burning they will do to help. They didn’t even bother to switch my room. I would not recommend anyone to stay here

Rooms are cute and clean. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants and shops, but still tucked away (quiet). I would stay here again if I ever visit Barcelona again.

Clean room. Comfortable seating area near lobby. The absolutely best & beautiful breakfast buffet! Not a thing was missing, they thought of everything! Staff was helpful.

Väldigt nöjd med detta bra boende nära trevliga Barceloneta. Rena rum. Helt tyst och inga ljud från staden. Trevlig, hjälpsam personal. Bra frukost som man kan köpa till. Enda nackdelen var att det saknades lås på badrumsdörren samt att kassaskåpet hade nyckel och inte kod.
