The continental breakfast is great. Centrally located,clean nice accomodation.

A little confusing of where the hotel is even tho it is written over the door. The hotel name is not on the actual building. Had a few people ask where the hotel was while in the parking lot. Very clean and beds comfortable. Good location. Walking distance to a few restaurants. Lots of parking underground. Would stay again.

Staff was nice, the hotel layout was very confusing, parking was a mess, and breakfast didn't have much, but what they did have was disgusting.

Nice clean and very quiet. Interesting building kind of cut up into sections. Parking is a little different because of the many reserved and shared areas but still lots of parking. Staff was great

We felt like we were staying at a dog park, we were in the pet section which no one told us. Dogs right across from us barking, owners kept going in and out all nite to walk dogs and slamming doors each time. Dogs howling in the rooms when owner left. Breakfast was horrible, cold food, short on plates, food, jam, and any warm food. They had one person working the entire buffet so they were out of everything. For the price we paid for the sub-par room they could afford another person to work the buffet. Talked to front desk and they wouldn't refund us anything for two sleepless nights. Will not stay at best Western, over priced and horrible service, they have gone downhill but the prices have skyrocketed....

Without a vehicle, connecting with transportation was difficult. The hotel is on a main road and was quite noisy. Being on the ground floor, I had people (some homeless) looking in my windows.

Was clean and breakfast was good

Room was very noisy at night with people in room above moving furniture around until past 2 am.

Very nice hotel in a very convenient location.

The only thing I didn't like was the complementary breakfast. Cold food and had to ask for more coffee, toast and knifes. Only one staff member looking after everything.

Very disappointed in their breakfast. Always having to ask the one staff member on duty to replenish everything. No fresh fruit ever.

The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great!

​The room itself was great—the bed was very cozy, and the room was incredibly quiet. which made for a good night's sleep. ​However, the arrival and amenities could have been better: ​Check-in & Staff: The check-in process was just okay. The staff member seemed like she had already had a long day and wasn't overly welcoming. ​Parking: Parking was terrible. They simply do not have enough spots available. To make matters worse, the front desk didn't explain very well where we were actually allowed to park when we checked in. ​Breakfast: The breakfast was a bit lacking. It really could have used some fresh fruit and perhaps a few more options to choose from. It was a decent place to sleep, but the parking situation and breakfast options need some work.

I enjoyed the hotel. Room was clean and quiet despite being near the elevator in the outside wing (not connected to the main hotel). I only had the breakfast once - it was adequate and fine. Parking was a bit tricky but worked out. The grocery store across the street which included a Starbucks, plus nearby restaurants and shops were all excellent amenities. I would recommend!

I enjoyed the continental breakfast. Good selection and good food. I was annoyed that the management only had one poor guy cooking and putting food out. He was literally running and had people harrassing him because he couldn't keep up.

Our coffee machine was broken which was disappointing. Luckily they have a coffee machine in the reception. A little disappointed that they charge you if you want an Americano or a hot chocolate. It would be a nice way to say thank you to the customer and offering those different coffee options at no charge like Accent Inns.
