住宿地點很好，隔壁有超市，一下樓過個馬路就到Príncipe Pio火車站，裏頭有個shopping mall，方便用餐購物。 櫃台的服務人員都很客氣，房間住起來也很舒適。 唯一的缺點就是隔音較差。最後一晚隔壁房間半夜聊天都聽得到，講很久。

Generally, the hotel is good and the room has a beautiful view of a park. It is close to the Metro.

Good hotel, suck service. My friend and I reserved the twin-bed room on hotel.com and paid the payment. However, the hotel service person arranged the single bed room for us. My friend noticed it and argued with him, but he said that we only have one person per room so he arranged the single bed room for us. This is ridiculous! They received the money of twin bed but offered the room of single bed. After wasting my time around one hour fighting with him, finally, he arranged the twin bed room for us. What a bad service. Also, the floor is not clean.

Location is great and convenient. There is a common area that you can buy things from the supermarket next to it and eat there. It is very close to the Principle Pio, so easy for those who wants to visit Avila or El Escorial. It seems also quite a safe choice. Overall it worth every penny. I will rate it 4.5 for the sound insulation not so great.

Uns wurde ein falsches Zimmer zugeteilt. Da war die Klimaanlage defekt.[Dauerkühlung]. Mussten Nachts noch umziehen. Sonst alles sauber und 👌 Gutes Frühstück.

매일 청소 깔끔하게 해주셨고 군더더기없이 필요한것만 딱 갖춘 호텔이었습니다. 바로앞에 지하철과 메르케도나있어서 매일 장보고 들어오기 좋았어요. 시내가 도보권은 아니지만 5층방에서 왕궁와 성당이 측면으로 보이는 뷰었고 데보스신전이 가까운데 일몰명소에요..조식 하루 먹었는데 채소.과일 신선하고 빵종류다양해고 깔끙하게 관리되서 완전 만족했습니다.

Hotel bem localizado, no centro, mas ficam muitas pessoas na porta do hotel fumando, o cheiro entra nos quartos, e isso realmente incomodou. O café da manhã estava muito bom!

El personal es poco amable

Todo fantástico.

El personal fue muy amable y dispuesto a resolver dudas, el hotel esta muy cerca de varias zonas de interes turistico, nosotros hicimos la mayor parte de nuestras actividades a pie ya que nisiquiera el metro fue necesario, ademas disfrutamos mucho el desayuno.

Nice hotel with a nice location, really convenient

Quarto muito bom, moderno, confortável, com roupas de cama e toalhas de primeira. A área é nobre, próxima do Palácio Real e em frente ao shopping e estação Príncipe Pio. O defeito era o teto da área do box, muito baixo para quem é alto.

Ótima localização, excelente café da manhã/pequeno almoço. Achei que poderia ser mais barato pelo que oferece e por nao ter um hall de entrada mais compatível (mais bonito). Tinha fila no elevador o que fazia muita gente usar pelas escadas (até algumas pessoas com malas)
