Don't have window can open in the room, and over all the room is quite old

Everything was good but the heater in the room was so loud.

Room was very clean. Staff were very friendly. Pool was open. Have booked hotels that said they had a pool but was closed when we stayed. Restaurant was clean and modern with friendly service. I was not happy with the roast beef dip. It came on slices of bread and not on a hoagie loaf as noted on the menu. It was very small and the dip was cold. But didn’t complain as the server was so nice.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was huge and spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel itself feels brand new and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

Clean room and gym.

Utterly disappointed. The hotel looks like an old senior home, lighting on the hallway was depressing. We got a standard room with 2 queen bed. No armchairs, no closet, no cloth hangers. Just a room with 2 beds, a tiny desk and a tiny fridge at the corner. We ended up using the ironing board to “hang” our jackets. The washroom was moldy, door paint chipped off. The foyer was dirty, we wrapped it with damped cloth, it became dark grey. There is no competition in the area, so they don’t even care.

Every one of the staff was exceptional. We had two rooms. One was beautiful, the other I’d say was very good - it needed a bit of love.

The floor of the livinr room and bathroom are dirty, not even swept. Maintenence dept need to do a better job.

Staff were great when checking in. Hotel was clean and very nice. Rooms and bed were comfortable. Hotel wifi was solid and could do editing work and upload files. Overall very satisfied!

The man working the reception was the best - the most fun and engaging check-in I've ever had!

There were lots of hair on the floor that seems they didn’t vacuum. The bath tub was dirty. The hotel is close to McDonald’s.

Everything is perfect

We booked the stay last minute ahead of our trip to Niagara Falls for New Years Eve so we could get ahead of a winter storm. It ended being a highlight of the trip, my kids declared it the best breakfast ever and they loved everything about the hotel. While it’s not right in Niagara Falls, it’s very close by and equally close to many other fun attractions. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely book this hotel again.
