The additional door outside 2 rooms is too dangerous in secuirty and fire safety aspect.

The staff is very nice. The room is new and clear

Quite noisy when the customers opened the room next to our room. The swimming pool is just opened between 12noon and 8pm which made us cannot use the swimming pool as this time would go out normally for the tourists

Horrendous experience. The hotel isn’t a 4 star, complete scam. The blind curtains had holes, the bathroom is outdated and the shower head was leaking water into the room, smell of damp. Complained to reception the next day which couldn’t find an alternative and offered us to reimburse the remaining nights if we leave before 6pm, which he gladly accepted after the staff spoke to their manager on the phone and left. It’s been few months now and still not been reimbursed, Hotel.com didn’t support us regarding the reimbursement so will close my account soon. One more thing, a glass of Cava was 14€ (4€ on average everywhere else) and the pool on the roof is small compare to pictures with table and chairs literally on the edge of the pool (with people staring at you). Avoid at all costs.
