首先已經拒绝25元餐飲代卷。交涉後說会入房間數。最後email check单都係冇。差 客房距離大堂位置遠。大雪中難移動行李check in /out。沒主動協助。差 洗手閒洗手盆塞。周圍燈枱地下都明顯灰塵。好似好耐冇人住。感覺好驚。差 每日客房清潔只摺被。沒清理诜手間毛巾。沒更換。放在地上都沒更換。超差 不值得這價錢。

很不错的住宿体验

Room was subpar. Looks completely different than the photos so please be prepared for that when booking especially if you don’t upgrade your room. We found stains on our towels. Every set had a new stain. Even though they were small it was still gross. Bathroom has water damage and the shower head is old and crusty. Overall a fine room to stay in when just used for sleeping but when spending 300$ plus for each night you would hope it was what they showed in the pictures. Will not be returning.

Room was clean, fireplace works amazing, staff is very pleasant and helpful, hotter was a nice elegant upgrade amd spacious, and food was elegant. I recommend.

Room was clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and we will definitely return when in Banff again. Can’t recommend enough.

Clean rooms! Wonderful atmosphere. Customer service like nowhere else. The fireplaces in the rooms are a great feature. Cannot wait to be back again!

The setting of the property is breathtaking. The property itself is in need of repairs and updating. In our premium room, the large porcelain bathroom sink had a large crack and a lot of the enamel was chipped off. There were damaged light switches and a lot of wear and tear on the walls and trim. I visited this property about 15 years ago and not much has changed in the rooms and the overall look of the buildings. This restaurant is top notch, the hot tub was awesome, but the property needs significant investment to justify room rates exceeding $700CDN per night.

Fantastic stay! Loved the fireplace, enjoying a coffee on the deck and the restaurant was delicious. Highly recommend
