Var där de sista 4 nätterna innan de stängde för säsongen vilket märktes att de tagit ut i förskott med usel städning vid poolen, flera pooler stängda, trasiga möbler…. Väldigt lyhört så blev väckt av städerskorna tidigt varje morgon när dom högljudda i korridorerna & drog städvagnarna på stengolven… Men bra frukost & bra (lugnare) läge för Magaluf.

The room was standard slightly smaller than expected but big enough for a couple. Breakfast was very good and the pool facilities and proximity to the beach and the strip were a real asset. My only gripe was the ‘gift’ we were told was at reception which turned out to be an invitation to be presented to about a proposition the Amelia hotel group had. I could have done without a sales pitch during my beach holiday.

Séjour en demi-teinte , chambre avec vue mais au 1er étage du coup pas de vue, supplément parking payé 30euros annoncé 10euros , pour un parking de 10 places sachant que l’hôtel a plus de 300 chambres. Petit déjeuner jusqu'à 10h30 mais à 10h30 pile il retire tout. Piscine avec tous transats de réservé. Chambre correct mais mal assonorisé, on entends chaque passage dans le couloir. La réception est plutôt sympathique et aidante

Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ok.. die Lage ist super! Ich empfehle ein Level-Zimmer, der Service umfasst gratis Softgetränke, separaten Frühstücksraum und Liegen am Meer, welche von anderen Gästen nicht genutzt werden können. Frühstück dürfte insgesamt etwas grössere Auswahl haben. Die zusätzlich per Karte zu bestellenden Frühstücksoptionen sind leide4 nicht sehr speziell und auch nicht mit sonderlich viel Liebe angerichtet. Service des Personals war super und sehr zuvorkommend.

Mycket bra frukost. Bra läge vid stranden. Trevligt personal. Hann inte uppleva alla faciliteter, vistelsen var bara två nätter, återkommer gärna.

Beautiful

This was our second time staying at this hotel and it did not disappoint. Great location you are 20 mins from Palma but also 20-30 mins from other popular areas. It’s not in the loud Magaluf area. The breakfast is great. My only con is the parking. The hotel parking is limited so they may not have a spot for you to park and the public parking outside of the hotel is always packed as this is a busy area.

Place is good. But limited allergy option at breakfast. Chef didn’t do any exceptions. Don’t trust courtesy room booking.

Resort was just okay considering the price. The breakfast buffet was pretty terrible as all of the food was incredibly bland and choices were limited. The first room they gave us had a view of the air conditioning unit and two twin beds despite having booked an ocean view room with a Queen bed. The staff was abundant and helpful and everything was clean and orderly but didn't have the luxurious amenities and feel I was hoping for that I've experienced at other Melia locations. Another positive is that is well located as it was walking distance from so many shops and restaurants which was great.

Great hotel. Right on the beach so awesome location Claudia at the front desk was extremely helpful with rooms for families to be on the small floor and everything else we asked her.

Lacked attention to detail. Service was slow. The staff at the kids club were incredible.

this place got an extra star for me by offering complimentary shower and towel right next to luggage storage on the last day after noon checkout. essentially an extra beach day

Shöne Hotel und Lage

Es war wieder sehr schön bei Ihnen im Hotel. Das Personal ist herzlich. Das Buffett herrvorragend. Das einzige Mango sind die Liegestühle die bereits früh morgens schon besetzt sind und die Liegen am Strand vom Hotel sind überteuert. Wenn es schon zu wenig Liegen um den Pool hat sollten die am Strand wenigstens nicht teurer sein alls die algemeinen Liegen sm Strand. Ansonsten ein empfehlenswertes Hotel
