偽大床房！我訂的是大床房，夜晚睡覺時才發現中間有隙，原來是兩張單人床整合。酒店的回應很有趣：「因為你住七日。」最後雖然有換房，但對正酒店的燈牌，很光，但已再無其他房換，影響睡眠質素。

酒店房間沒有提供熱水煲，想借用也沒有。對需要飲用熱水的旅客很不方便。

有很多房間的大型酒店，設施已經舊了，能滿足最基本的要求，似乎是接待旅行團的酒店。酒店正正位於火車站上面，能夠頻繁地聽到火車經過的震動聲。由於訂房時沒有提供添加早餐的選項，我們唯有在酒店前臺購買。早餐12歐元一位，一點都不值這個價錢，即使半價也不值。餐廳很大，食物的選擇卻少得出奇，沙拉沒有提供任何沙拉醬，是我在里斯本吃過最差的酒店早餐。酒店唯一優點是非常乾净。如果要求不高，又遇到便宜的價格，才值得考慮。

房間大而舒適，乾淨整潔。離景區較遠，需要叫車出行。超市很近，附近也有各類餐廳，服裝店等。早餐素質一般。但總的來說性價比高。

Lovely large and spacious family room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great food options in the restaurant and breakfast buffet. Easy walking access to metro to get into central Lisbon.

Hôtel de passage et de grande ville

The breakfast was amazing. The parking however was a nightmare!! It was supposed to be underground parking, but they said that the spots were too small. It was an Audi 1. Not a big car by any stretch of the imagination!! We had to drive around one of the busiest areas in Lisbon trying to find their alternative parking garage. Which was hidden away on a back street. And then walk all the way back to the hotel. I was not impressed. After picking the car up we then had to pay €15 to exit the garage.

The convenience of the location ( train, metro and airport ) is the only positive about this hotel. Stagnant smell of old, mold and wet something is everywhere. Lobby, hallways and rooms.

On a réservé un taxi pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Et oui il y avait beaucoup de commerce au alentour .

Staff was friendly and the food was good.

Cleaning staff was fantastic, bar staff really slow and miserable, I'm sure management can see he doesn't want to be there. I joined a lady at her table he brought her drink and when I tried to order hi flipped his hand at me, never did I get served. The buffet is not worth the money and the coffee is coloured water. The gift shop never did open.

Nice place to outside city center near airport. Clean, helpful and courteous staff, nice breakfast.
