Friendly staff and full hot breakfast and coffee available 24/7.Property was clean inside and out would stay again

Breakfast was excellent. When we stayed it was hard to get at the pool because it was full with little kids right up until closing time of the pool. Kids were loud running up and down the halls I had to get after them myself to tell them people were trying to sleep. This was after 11pm. Otherwise the stay was great and will stay again!!

Well situated with the malls all around. Easy access to food.

Room was clean, staff were pleasant. It is extremely close to Champlain Place.

First time staying here. The staff were exceptionally nice but some of the appliances were a bit dated. Not a big deal for just staying one night.

Room smelled weird. Item was previously guest was still there. Outlets were not working. Breakfast was good!

Excellent stay. Staff very helpful with a constant smile even with a lineup waiting to check in, The rooms and common areas are clean and tidy. Champlain Mall is across the street with a number of restaurants on St Paul St within a couple of minutes. The complimentary buffet breakfast is limited but good. I've been staying at Coastal Inn for more than 25 yrs and have no problem recommending it. A very good value for the price.
