location is good

地點靠近市中心，房間乾淨，但沒有浴缸有點可惜

The room is clean & big, hotel is around 15 min walk to Gare Part-Dieu,15-20 min to city center. The staff are helpful and speak good English. They answered all my questions nicely. The only thing is that no slippers provided, a little inconvenience to my stay.

Due to an extraordinary power outage, which the hotel of course could not be blamed for, our stay ended up being rather curtailed and unusual. The staff handled the crisis situation reasonably well, but it also became clear that this large hotel is in need of some refurbishing. A tired air‑conditioning system, worn bathrooms, and emergency lighting that switches off after ten hours do not make up for the fairly spacious rooms and good location.

Gutes Frühstück, nicht weit weg von Vieux Lyon und dem 2. Arrondissement und den Brücken. Parken etwas umständlich mit der Einbahnstraße. Relativ teuer

Room was great and the kids loved the indoor pool: perfect on a hot day!

No AC for 2 days and 2 nights. One day no electricity. Not possible to charge phone. 35 degrees inside the bedroom.

Der Pool ist viel zu klein! Mit allem anderen waren wir zufrieden.
