温莎阿姆斯酒店就在多伦多的市中心，位置非常好，大名牌的专卖店就在旁边，酒店很小，但比较精细，房间很大，卫生间也很大，就象欧洲的一些小型精品酒店，酒店服务很好，有健身房但很小，还有一个小小盐水游泳池，还有Spa 等，酒店小而精，代客停车有点小贵，每天45加币，，，总而言之，值得再来！

離購物中心近，安靜，走到開暖氣熱啊

Lots of character

At the Windsor Arms Hotel one might expect Agatha Christie to step out of one of the rooms! This hotel is right out of a page from the Great Gatsby for sure! Our 4th floor junior suite was comfy cozy,clean and very quiet. We didn’t hear a peep from the very loud gathering held in the ballroom on 1 st floor when we returned to our room from a fantastic Lebanese restaurant recommended to us by one of the very friendly and knowledgeable front desk people. Breakfast in the breakfast room was good with great service . Concierge and valet people all very attentive. We were last at this fine old hotel in 1989!It was lovely to see that although it has been renovated not much has changed in its character and that is a good thing!

I enjoyed a delicious omelette one morning and French toast the next. Food was lovely. We had drinks in the bar one night.

The service was impeccable. The hotel is very well kept and the staff is very friendly. We’ll be back for sure

A lovely boutique hotel in Yorkville! Service was fantastic, our room was clean and spacious, the free bubbly and cookies, as well as really nice selection of free tea and coffee in the room was a nice touch. The decor is a bit dated, I’m not sure it’s giving luxury the way it maybe used to. But the spa is fantastic - highly recommend! Altogether a nice stay in Toronto!

Quality hotel with friendly staff and convenient location to downtown Toronto amenities. The nightly cookies were excellent.

It’s a gem in the city. We love the charm and afternoon tea is excellent.

Over washed scratchy towels. Do not disturb is ignored. Shower could use better cleaning. Definitely needed better cleaning of the curtains and had to advise staff of an issue. Cheap hairdryer and was replaced with an even cheaper one. Environment is in good location and quiet. Carpet needs replacing.

This hotel is well located and quiet. However, it is not a five star property by any definition. The interiors are tired but worse, my room was dirty. Skirting boards and corners had not been wiped down and had hair stuck on them. The bathroom floor was stained as was the shower. Better to stay less expensive but clean.

This is a quaint lovely hotel that caters to their guests From The Gatsby to The Tea Room it was a wonderful stay
