Amazing through out , definitely would return

The hotel is in a warn state . Furniture well past its sell by state. Decoration average .gardens not swept or weeded . In need of a major investment. Staff good .thank you

That was my worst nightmare: hotel staff not helpful, floor heating was kept on 24/7 while outside is +30, I fainted twice during my stay, and I was forced to sleep in the car. It's been 2 weeks, and still waiting for my refund for the days we didn't stay in the hotel. I had to book a last-minute hotel. I would give less than 1 star

Terrible experience. Rooms have no air

Absolutely awful. Dont care how desperate you are, DONT BOOK HERE! Seaguls nesting outside your security locked window (you can open the window two inches). The smell coming from the outside of the room from bird mess was over powering. If your on the second floor the heat in the room unbearable. The 2 inch dust on the curtains and the black dots throughout the bedding, makes you sleep with your clothes on. Ive requested a refund, but it takes 10days for someone to get back to you. Dont do it is all I can say!! Bournemouth is horrible. We were warned not to go into town or the park in fear of being mugged. Horrible place. Poole and Christchurch lovely, go there.

Location fantastic staff very accommodating & very polite room was rather hot however the manager kindly changed our room to the ground floor which was perfect bear in mind there was a heatwave 25th 26th 27th June Bar prices very reasonable breakfast good plenty of options, coffee very good quality.

It was purely my mistake, I did not check if the rooms had Air Conditioning. In addition, even the lounge sandbar areas were very hot and clammy. We could not sleep and I got a severe headache. There was nothing the hotel could do - so, on another cooler occasion the major issue would not have occurred.

Hotel OK overall… you get what you get for the price.. I stayed there many times. They have some rooms on the ground floor that haven’t got windows nor a fan in the bathroom. There is a ventilation system which hasn’t been cleaned for ages… it’s safe to say I didn’t lose breath but it was extremely uncomfortable.

The building is quite old, but it has been well maintained and is clean. The room had some older furniture and fittings, which were perfectly functional and did not cause any issues. However, the room was not air-conditioned, and the small fan provided was not sufficient for comfortable ventilation during the night. There was plenty of free on-street parking available nearby, which was very convenient. The breakfast was good, and overall, the stay was pleasant. That said, I felt the room rates were a little high considering the facilities provided.

The room was in a terrible condition and was not clean. The breakfast was Awful. The hotel is next door to a derelict hotel so didn’t feel the safest. Wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend as a place to stay

it was good the hotel the room was good and clean so was the bathroom the bed was comfy and they were quick to give me a extra pillow for my bed overall it was good

The staff just gave me my room key. They didn't know where my room was. I ask them for a disabled room as my wife is blind and they didn't give us one. They room and hotel was very run down and tired, it didn't have air-conditioning.There was not enough parking and there was normal vehicles parked in the disabled bays i had to park in a road round the corner. The room was very dirty and the toilet still had wee in it, no fridge the room, it was a very basic room.The breakfast was the worst I've ever had, bland and cold i left most of it and my wife didn't eat anything as it was that bad. We went to use the pool to find we needed a key card to get in from the reception that they should had informed us at check-in. When we finally got in to the pool it was very dirty and unsafe as the stairs to get was very loose and hanging off. Wouldn't stay here again even if you paid me. AVOID

Horrendous! 1 night stay with my daughter - didn’t sleep a wink. Dirty, mouldy, and felt unsafe. I nearly drove home in the middle of the night if it wasn’t for my daughter being asleep and needing to be up early for a cheer comp at the BIC. Would not recommend and would never stay here again! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Nice swimming pool. Nice staff. 10 -15 min walk from the beach.

Overall it was alright, and the room was good. Some of the carpets and decor were a bit tired, and it felt like the place needed some TLC.

The staff was very helpful and friendly . We had breakfast there which was very nice . Didn't like the Coffee and Tea in the Room's . Carpets was stained ,Shelf in Bathroom was very dirty . Hotel needs a mega upgrade , but for the price it was o.k. Bed's where good to sleep in ,could have done with an extra Pillow . Is a very low budget Hotel .

The best thing was the price. Def cheap though not cheerful. Grubby hotel, worn out carpets

This is a poor hotel - Given a room where the bathroom was in mid construction with panels off and a silicon gun sitting in the bath! Staff wanted to nickel and dime you to death - £20 extra to check in one hour early, £5 to rent a locker to store your bag for an hour when checking in/out (no other options), charges for towel for the pool, the list went on. Receptionist not friendly. Hotel needs some money spent on it - only made up for slightly by the lovely ladies at breakfast.
