This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.

First room we got the toilet didn’t flush and the bathroom door didn’t close. The hot tub was broken the whole stay. The card scanners on certain doors didn’t work. Not worth the money.

The one item that was missing that would have been very helpful was a nightlight in the bathroom, otherwise great.

Clean and quiet. High priced for no breakfast and average amenities

Hot tub was broken, key cards don’t work for pool and gym, they don’t give you shampoo, staff weren’t helpful. But it was pretty clean.

Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The room could have been cleaned better. There were dried spills on the counters that hadn’t been cleaned.

We arrived for a late check-in after a tournament. When we got to our room the bed looked fine but the carpet had staining on it from food spilled and there were chunks of food in front of the pull-out couch. The bathroom had hairs in the tub and a dust full all around the wall of the bathroom. When I went to let the night clerk know he wrote it down and said he’d let housekeeping know in the morning. I asked for a different room or even a vacuum to clean it up and he said there were none available but offered towels to put on the floor. He also said there were no other rooms available for us to change rooms. I was staying there with my son and when I went to open the pull-out couch the sheets looked clean, but the was a huge hair on top and several smaller hairs too. So, my son and I ended up sharing the king bed. We were happy the pool was still open when we arrived. However, the hot tub was broken or not running and the pool was freezing (I was shaking so much I only lasted about 10 minutes). I had also understood their was a continental breakfast, but the only breakfast available is at Denny’s for purchase. We have stayed at this hotel before and had good experiences, but it seemed that things are not being well looked after and the floors and rooms are generally dirty.

The bathroom was dirty, the fridge still had items from the previous guest in it, and the air con did not work and it was unbearably hot. The couch was stained and the pillows were rock hard. Spend the little extra to stay somewhere else or try your luck at somewhere much cheaper. This was a rip off.

While the overall condition of the hotel was good, our room was poorly cleaned and surfaces such as light switches, walls, countertops & tables needed to be wiped down in our room.

This will be our go to place when in Saskatoon and other provinces in Canada we've had good luck with Sandman Hotels this year pricing is good Restaurants attached some with pools and the staff are great. This is for business travel other staff members attending the 24/7 restaurants very handy for us
