Great location, very close to the Lagoon and lots of restaurants on the Esplanade. Staffs are friendly and willing to help. 5 min walk to the ferry terminal as well as Woolworths supermarket.

The air conditioner was not working well. The staff arranged another room for us the other night. But there are so many ants in the room. We are so disappointed.

A very good & convenient hotel with big supermarket nearby, a big & nice public swimming pool in 5 mins walking distance facing the beach, lot of dining choices around, 10 mins walking distance to the pier for ferry to Great Barrier Reef, a good choice with reasonable price for a family room with 2 rooms & 2 bathing rooms, kitchen, living room, etc. Will definitely choose next time when we go to Carins.

Mantra Esplanade is right next to the Esplanade and Lagoon, enjoying the great sea view. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and 24-hr check-in was available. The room was spacious. You can renew the towels and other necessities such as toilet paper and soap easily. It's a pity that one has to pay for room WiFi. Anyway, our stay at Mantra Esplanade was great!

The room is clean and tidy even without house keeping for 3 night. The location is good, but we have to wait for check in until 2pm. Also no free wifi inside the room

Near the terminal but facility quite old Room is large Bathroom is messy as the bathing area is not separated

Very convenient location - right on the esplanade, opposite the "beach" swimming area with loads of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Very easy to get to Marina for day trips and other attractions such as Night Markets and Rusty's Fruit Market. Nice balcony and good kitchen if you want to be able to eat in. Was a bit noisy some evenings with buskers of varying skills but generally quiet from 9.30/10pm.

My room overlooked Shields Street. Great views to the Lagoon but very noisy at night. Will definitely stay again & will request a room Esplanade side. Position of hotel is excellent 5 minutes walk to everything. New bathroom was much appreciated.

Location, staff.

Really disappointed. The pool is 100% shaded and freezing cold. The Spa is freezing too. Absolutely no one relaxing by the poolside.

Perfectly located and within walking distance to pretty much everything. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. No housekeeping to rooms if stay is under 5 days (or at an additional charge if required). The only issue with this is that the bin fills up really quickly and there is no spare liner to replace it. Overall very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend.

It was a great experience for us as a team. The week was good.
