Rubano the manager was nice . He upgraded our room. But the Gym is a joke. It us delapedated, work out bench broken, 20 pounds of weight, no ac. Whatever equipment they had was unusable. They could invest some money to fix it.

Do not stay at this place; the hotel is poorly maintained, and the guests it attracts are low-class, with a very crude way of expressing themselves, not suitable for families!

The buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff super friendly and helpful. Views of the ocean were incredible and loved being right on the beach. This part of the town is perfect, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Todo bien la habitación limpia y cómoda las instalaciones de alberca y playa agradables, lo único es que dos días el internet en mi habitación no servía y aunque lo reporte no fue resuelto, tuve que tomar el internet de mi celular para la computadora

I saw at least one, if not two, cockroaches in my room. It's also not an ideal location--not close to the city center. Though there are some shops and restaurants you can walk to, it's a bit hilly.

Es un hotel muy cómodo y sobre todo muy limpio...volveré otra vez...

The room was clean. Our AC didn’t work the first night and they sent maintenance to try and fix it but ultimately we needed to switch rooms. The food at the hotel restaurant was alright but not good, but there is plenty of great restaurants around the hotel. For the price it still was a good experience.

Great Location Right on the Beach , ideal for Long Morning Walks to either direction and closeby other restaurants. We had a Rental car which was Great for Trips to Cabo Pulmo, Todos Santos and the Art Walk in down town San José on Thursdays from 17-22 hrs. Free parking at the hotel .

This place has the best staff ever! Special shout out to Ishmael, bartender at the swim-up bar (el jefe 😎), he was great the whole time! Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast menu was very satisfactory. Something for every taste. We did not go in the pool but it looked very nice. Everything was close and everyone was very friendly.

Outdated hotel with limited parking and little to do within walking distance. Has a pretty nice swimming pool with beach access.
