We appreciate that the staff were welcoming and polite. However, the shower area did not install with a glass door.

Upon arrival and after unloading all our luggage, we were told they have overbooked and were asked to move to another hotel which is far from metro and room rate is less. Only after arguing, they offered us a meal as compensation. They should have informed us by e-mail in advance that we could go directly to the other hotel without wasting time, but they didn't and insisted they don't have our contact information. It's not true. I will avoid hotels with this kind of management.

Newly renovated hotel! Everything is fine except the wifi is quite slow! Also u have to lock the door with the key after u go into or out of the room, otherwise will leave the room open to everybody in the hotel! And you must leave the room key to front desk before u go out that make you feel quite unsafe sometimes!

酒店房間寬敞整潔，鄰近地鐵，交通方便，免费上網，早餐豐富，附近有中國菜餐館，加上員工服務不俗，下次必定重來。

酒店环境舒适 乘坐地铁比较方便 估计5-7分钟就到了 很容易找到 酒店过马路就有一家中餐馆 很精致味道也不错。预定时以为离中心火车站以及市中心远些 但是离北火车站比较近 而且这个火车站可以乘坐机场快线至机场。很满意

飯店離M1地鐵站Gambara走路約5分鐘路程，附近有Billa超市 飯店有免費停車場，但數量不多，另外服務人員可以代為泊車 飯店設備不錯，雖非非常新穎，狀況維持不錯 早餐很可口，選擇多，不過補餐速度較慢 唯一缺點，櫃檯服務人員態度冷漠、不友善，常擺臭臉，飯店手冊上明明已寫明退房時間為中午12點，但上午11點即打電話來催退房，讓人感受不佳 若能改善櫃檯人員態度(其餘餐廳、清潔人員及泊車人員態度都不錯)，這個飯店會更棒

Hotel próximo ao metrô, supermercado e restaurantes. Atendimento muito bom, em especial para atendentes do turno da tarde no dia 01/06/2026. Quarto confortável, cama e ducha excelentes, espaço muito bom. Pena que não pude provar o café da manhã, pois saí bem cedo. Mesmo assim tive acesso ao um breakfast box que estava muito bem preparado. Limpeza excelente Gostei de tudo

I’ve been staying here for three years, this is my fourth. It’s not the same. The staff are not as friendly, helpful except the one younger lady with blond hair. She was so nice. I even had FIVE of my friends stay there and bragged about the service, I was embarrassed I had people spending thousands of dollars for sub par service. They usually have an amazing breakfast full of sliced fruit , delicious meats and veggies and egg. There was a bowl of sour smelling cut up apples, grapefruit and chopped up hot dogs for meat. The bacon was also under cooked. There was black mold in the bathroom corners of the tub. It’s not the same anyone i will not be returning. It was good the last three years, not this one. I hope they get it together.

Me encantó. Solo necesitaba algo rápido para una noche y busqué la opción más barata posible. El servicio excelente, me advirtieron que era una habitación pequeña pero está bastante bien, incluso con espacio para acomodar el equipaje a diferencia de otros hoteles mucho más caros. La regadera increíble con excelente presión, incluso tiene un frigobar. No le falta nada. Solo le falta una rampa para mover las maletas fácilmente porque hay que cargarlas un par de escalones para subir los elevadores y para salir a la calle. Solo el colchón era un poco duro pero descansé muy bien. Lo recomiendo muchísimo. Limpio, todo bien. Cerca del metro también.

very clean hotel, staff is super friendly, breakfast very good and with many delicious options. I highly recommend the hotel and I would stay there again.

Malheureusement nous avons été un peu déçu entre les photos / descriptif et la chambre que nous avons eu Néanmoins la chambre est spacieuse, propre, mais pas mal de petit agencement qui mérite d'être réparé ( porte savon défait, eau qui fuis de dessous la baignoire...) et les cosmétique non renouvelé sur plusieurs nuits. Pour un 4 étoile pas de pantoufle, pas de peignoire.... Chambre bruyante et les rideau ne coupe pas toute la lumière. La literie est top ! Concernant le personnel, c'est le gros point fort : agréable, à l'écoute, tout est fait pour répondre aux attentes du client. Petit déjeuné continental varié et très sympa, salle au 5 avec une vue sur l'extérieur. De ce côté là c'est top !

The gym was small, some equipment but cross trainer was broken and no water cooler or mats. Room was lovely, and shower was great too. Location is nearby metro, supermarkets, restaurants.

Frukosten som man kan förvänta sig i Sydeuropa. Allt fräscht och det stora panoramafönstret lockar.

I'm pay for matrymoniale room. 15 square meter??? . Joke. Room look like small double.
