Not enough parking spaces

If you want to be in the heart of Banff this is the place to be. Easy stroll to just about everything. The rooftop hot tub was fun. It’s a great way to take in the mountain views. Our room was neat as pin and comfortable.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, in a great location central to restaurants and shopping. The setting and views are absolutely gorgeous. Only downer was one of the hot tubs didn’t work, and the other one was not very hot. We asked a staff member and we were told it can only be set to 86 degrees.

On the main street with parking behind. According the email the property sent to me, the parking is free from June to Sept. But they charged me $10 per day while our stay was June 3 to 5. Shortly got into the room, we notice that the heating/air conditioning system makes consistent noise, like harmer keep hitting a thing. We called front desk and the maintenance staff came. He opened the system and work on it for more than half hour and couldn't repair it. He went down to talk to front desk and after a long wait, front desk called us to move to another room. We booked room with king size bed and there is enough space to walk around. They moved us to a room with 2 queen beds. The spare space is very limited. It wasted us more than 2 hours to wait for their staffs to work on the issue, and we unpacked, then packed and unpacked again for our things. Moved into new room, we noticed the hot water faucet on basin is not working. Called front desk and asked them to fix it the next day. But the next evening, it is not fixed. The room was not cleaned. My husband went down to talk to front desk. They said the maintenance staff forgot about it. And they do not clean room during guset stay. The guests need to put note if they need new towels. The front desk should have told us about this when we check-in. We had to wait for the new towels to have shower.

We had a wonderful stay. Great location, room clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Great hotel in Banff. The location is right in the heart of town. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The room was very nice with very comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Beautiful and comfortable room, lush beds, very cosy and atmospheric settings. Perfect location to walk around too.

I was there for a Conference at the Banff Springs Spouse couldn't come so I wanted to stay somewhere more reasonably priced. there is a bus system called Roam that stops across the street. So I left my car parked for the 3 days and took the bus. The front counter staff even gave me bus tickets. Very nice hotel in the middle of Banff

Location is perfect. Staff was very professional, cheerful and wanting to help. The restaurant was amazing, and the accommodations were clean and of good quality. The rooftop hot tubs were in a bad state of repair. Making them a feature on the webpage is a big mistake. They were the only substandard feature in the hotel. Everything else's was top drawer. I'd definitely go again. Parking was no problem on the first week of May.

This hotel is in the heart of Banff. Really love how we can just walk to the trails from the hotel. Staff were very kind and helpful. Love this hotel.

At first we were worried about parking because we called ahead of time to look into it but they have a first come first served basis for parking. Their parking is somewhat limited and staff stated that their overflow parking was actually public parking which is $12 per hour from 8am-8pm. When we arrived, however, there was enough parking and staff let us keep our parking spot after check out so we could walk around the main street till we left the park. Rooms were very clean and welcoming. The bathrooms included shampoo and conditioner from Rocky Mountain Soap Co. which had a shop down the street. The rooftop hot tub was lovely and not crowded. Our room was located right above a bar so there were people shouting loudly every 10-15 minutes from 11:30pm-1:00am. If booking, I would request a room away from the main street bar as it was very loud even with windows closed. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again, knowing now to request a room further away from the bar.

Hot tub not working

The location of this hotel is great. The bed was comfortable. The room was fairly modern. The hotel was not as clean as i remember from my last visit nor was it very well maintained for the price point left me feeling disappointing. The rooftop hot tubs need a revamp and only one was working.
