Great beach, rooms and most common areas very clean. Staff courteous. Outdoor areas generally well kept. Told that drinking tap water in rooms would be at own risk, yet charged for glass of water during meal! During showers in room stood in2 to 3 inches of grey water beause drain pipe plugged. Went to call house keeping, discovered phone did not work. Went to front desk to ask for phone, never arrived!

The Alexandros Palace was wonderful. I stayed there before and after going to Mt Athos. The property was very nice with lots of activities for families. The staff was very attentive at both the front desk and in the restaurant. As a bonus,you can see Mt Athos from their beach club
