Good location. Hotel room needs maintenance. Overall good value for money.

除房間沖涼的分格設計欠佳，沖涼的水會灑到外面外，這酒店大致不錯。

The location of the hotel is excellent. It locates at the metro of Paral-lel station which is nearby. We are family and we reserved a 3 beds room and it’s big and tidy. It has 2 basins with 2 bathtubs so it’s convenient to us. The breakfast is also good and they provide excellent variety of food. The swim pool is small and you can even swim. But in that hot season, it’s a good time to lower your temperature. The front desk and service are also brilliant and I highly recommended.

Expedia展示是4星酒店，我想是位置的便利，地鐵路上地面就是了。 Check-in時候第一位職位編配了322房，是尾房，甫進已開心燈及冷氣，但房內有霉噏味，再進廁所發現燈膽掉了下來。我們再落reception查詢，碰巧是經理，他說這房從不開放。聽到已覺得奇怪，幸好後來安排了另一房間就好多了，唯房間插頭有爛，但總算不影響住宿。

Friendly and helpful staff. Everything is good, only thing is the hotel is not very soundproofed and its neighbourhood is quite noisy at night

In close proximity to the Metro as well as La Rambla. Staff are efficient, polite and very helpful.

Hyvä iso huone. Kaikki toimi niinkuin ennenkin. Olen ollut useamman kerran täällä. Aina varma valinta.

Great location

Excelente localização, em frente ao metrô. Funcionários maravilhosos e prestativos. Quarto com boa aparência, cama confortável e banheiro com aquecimento para toalha

There was no explanation, anywhere. Funny. When is breakfast, where is what etc. There was no slippers, no toothbrush, no water bottles in the room. Just a void. A big one, at least. Yes, the room was bigger than average and we loved that. But no windows, dark and claustrophobic. Overall, stuff was helpful and we could solve every tiny problem. P.S. Location was great.

Clean modern room. Good location. Friendly and helpful staff.

Poor and minimal selection

El desayuno muy rico y variado. Las habitaciones cómodas y bonitas. El personal muy amable

Air condition was not heating, reception refused to change the room first, than they changed the room but there was no double bed as i reservated and they didnt bring it. Corridors were dirty. Hotel was not like the pictures, do not waste your money, book another hotel.

Stanza ampia ma arredi vecchiotti. Idem il bagno ma pulito, e col bidet!. Ho apprezzato il menù cuscini perché quelli di default erano troppo morbidi . Set di cortesia praticamente inesistente ma frequentando altri hotel in questi giorni ho visto che è normale in Spagna. Personale gentile parcheggio collegato alla struttura e buona posizione
