There was not enough toilet paper and kleenex always having to ask for them and waiting long. No benches outside to sit and relax.

i like the location. We enjoy our stay. the facility was nice and clean.

There were street people all over in and out of the hotel, drinking right by the entrance in the bushes, did not feel safe with my children there didn’t even want to leave the room! It was so dirty and was loud from drunks all over the place

The room had updated flooring and cleaning bedding. The tub had peeling paint and could’ve had updated fixtures. The pool/slide area needed a good clean although all things were in working order. The location of this hotel, although near many activities was not in the best area, being it was across the parking lot from a very shady liquor store. Overall, it was an ok experience.

Room clean and staff were friendly. Waterside was fun and fast. Pool shallow but nice.

The hotel was quite full, housing our relatives from up North from the Wildfires, which is very commendable, however there were some situations that had negatively impacted what we were hoping to be an enjoyable, relaxing stay. The amenities were quite busy with people, and the pool water along with the hot tub were quite dirty with dolls, discarded towels in the pool, tons of black lint in the pool, and the doll and towel were still in the pool the next morning. Because of the high traffic to and from the pool, when getting off of the elevator, my 12y/o daughter slipped on the puddles of water in front of the elevator doors on the main level, it turned out there was a staff member who was waxing the floors in that area but there were no caution signs posted so we would have had no idea and she ended up tearing her groin and it also Tore a muscle in her neck. Aside from that this day was fairly decent

The staff were all amazing. They treated us like Royalty. They had a house full of evacuees from the fires up north and they treated everyone very well. I spoke to several of these guests and they all confirmed this.

It was wonderful, staff were amazing but i wasn't happy there was no carts to haul our luggage out due to them being in rooms. As well people smoking right outside the door

I had to ask every morning for clean towels They did not clean my room very good at all.

I booked this hotel and could not go there because my flight from Toronto to Winnipeg was delivered,called the hotel and was told they could not cancel called Hotels.com and was told it has to be canceled by the hotel and 48hrs later I am yet to get my refund

The restaurant was under repairs and it was not mentioned on the website. I was awakened by people yelling in the hallway at 1 and 5 in the morning. Other than that it was okay.

Do not prepay for this property until you’ve stepped foot inside. We had a reservation and went inside and the lobby was full of questionable guests that appeared as though they were living there. I don’t know for sure if this was the situation but it felt unsafe and sketchy enough that we decided to take the loss and find another hotel room in the city. Super disappointed!

Hotel was great for our family, however there were some issues with noise in the hallways late at night and a person who seemed to be lost trying to get into a room with the wrong card. Security/more security patrolling the halls at night might help guests feel safer and get a better sleep. 😊
