Beautiful hotel that is huge. Be sure to check how far your room is at check in if you have any mobility issues. The pools are incredible. The food offer is vast - not entirely sure I’d go half board there again as it was too busy. Breakfast was ok

The rooms are very small, and AC does get very cold.

Schönes Hotel, gute Lage. Da kann man jederzeit wieder hinreisen.

I booked a superior supreme view of front pool area. What I received was a room too far from elevators and very confusing to find. The view of pool was a little side pool. This was not what I paid for and no staff responded for my request to change. The property is nice but difficult for an older person to get around.

We stayed only 2 days and one night. Positives were a lovely big hotel with well appointed rooms and delightful shower and bed comfort. Loved the pools but it was extremely busy during our stay and we struggled to find even a single sunlounger even though four of us - didn’t feel great having to put our things on the floor to go for a swim. It was Gran Canaria day though so perhaps this was ann exception. Also parking had run out of space so we had to pay EUR25 to park across from the hotel in a general car park. Staff did not offer much information at check in and I felt like I had to keep popping back to ask for info, towels, where to go for half board meals etc. Bags did not all make it through to room and no one answered a few attempts to phone call through to reception so we ended up having to pop back to reception to ask. The grounds are beautifully kept and pools really special and we loved the styling of the restaurants but even there it just felt staff lacked training and finesse you get in other 5 star resorts. Eg waiting 7 mins to be noticed and seated in a restaurant that only had 4 other tables used and then having to flag for attention to get a spare plate even though they knew we were sharing a pizza. Food was tasty and was lovely to put on the champions league cup final but rather poor that twice they cut it off mid game and mid penalty shoot out as they were running to pre-programmed timing and it taking about 10 mins to get it back on each occasion.

The rook was beautiful as were the amenities. Breakfast was plentiful. Everything was clean and pristine throughout the resort. The bar had great service and we were helped with everything we needed.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, and addressed any concerns promptly. The grounds, foliage and pools are the most beautiful and are maintained in top shape. The buffet for breakfast and dinner are fresh, appealing and varied with a huge selection ! There are plenty of pool lounge chairs even late in the day. I recommend this hotel with highest marks and will return again soon to have another great experience !

The room was very clean and the rest of the hotel was marvellous. The staff was very accommodating. The variety of pools was impressive. The only thing that could have been better would have been if the outdoor pools would have been more heated.

Plus Wunderschönes Hotel mit toll gestalteten Innen- und Außenbereichen, traumhaften Pools und einem hervorragenden Buffet. Die Lage ist top und alles ist sehr sauber. ​Minus In einem 5-Sterne-Haus setzen wir eine Nespresso-Maschine als Standard voraus. Zudem besonders enttäuschend war, dass die Kaffeepäckchen trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage beim Reinigungspersonal und an der Rezeption nicht nachgefüllt wurden. ​Letztens der Zutritt zur Sauna war leider nicht im Preis enthalten, sondern nur gegen Aufpreis innerhalb eines Wellnesspakets möglich.

Super séjour, un très bel hôtel, de belles chambres spacieuses et confortable (avec peignoirs et chaussons), grandes piscines. Excellents PDJ. Nous sommes ravis et y retournerons avec plaisir
