酒店位置良好，交通方便，前台態度友善而且未到預期check-in時間前台都容許提早安排房間，但整潔度欠佳：淋浴間污跡霉菌未有處理乾淨、已損壞的物品沒有妥善處理、兩間房間的床也有床蝨叮咬嚴重、清潔用品補給不足

Well located and nice hotel, easy transport links, restaurants, night out venues at short distance. We did not have breakfast as we thought it was not varied enough. The only downside was during the last day, we were five people divided in two rooms, we decided to go for breakfast and we came back to rest a bit before leaving, one of the rooms was cleaned 2 hours before the check out time, we never left the sign for the room to be cleaned and we had mot checked out, the cleaner was very angry because we were going to use the toilet. We made a complaint to reception who politely apologised for the inconvenience.

Wonderful stay at Ilunion Bel Art. Rooms a little small but manageable for a 3 night stay. Breakfast was first rate. Close proximity to Sagrada was a bonus . Missed having a bar/ restaurant on the property but some smaller bars nearby.

The location was excellent for walking down hill to the attractions we had planned, and we were able to check in early for a small fee which was great as we had just come off a cruise. Breakfast was not included which was disappointing, the coffee and tea in room were not replenished daily. The room was comfortable, and had air conditioning. There was renovating going on in the main lobby, so not available for relaxing outside our room. All in all we gave it a good.

It was a good stay

The Hotel has a very good location close to Sagrada Familia, parks and many dinners and restaurants. Breakfast was varied and fresh. However the room was not very confortable since it was small and there was no closet or area to place the suitcases. The bathroom was also very unconfortable with very little counter space. The only place with hangers was on top of the fridge where the coffee maker was. Very awkward setting not very efficient. Looks like they are starting to renovate the place and it is in need of renovation. The painting in the doors and some areas lookes worned out. But as I mentioned before we made the best of our two days there since it has a very good location.

Wonderful location and excellent breakfast. Staff is very friendly, and we were able to walk to La Sagrada in 10 minutes.

Don’t waste your time and money go somewhere else rude staff dirty stinky and moldy room we had bugs bites from the dirty blanket bugs crawling on the walls, mold on ac bad smell, dirty bed sheets floor stains everywhere, we changed 3 different rooms and they all smelled terrible and they were one worst than the other, the front desk guy was very rude, when we got there he was screaming at the staff didn’t try to help with our concerns actually told me to shut up ( young guy working at night) he definitely shouldn’t be in this industry. And we weren’t the only people complaining about the dirty rooms and the smell, other guests were disgusted with the cleanliness of the hotel. This is not 4 star hotel, not even a motel,this is a homeless shelter . Never again

Friendly staff the second you walk into the lobby. very helpful and kind

The location downtown was good for things to do but too far away from the hotel if only staying overnight between flights. Passed on the breakfast as 20 euros extra seemed over priced. Breakfast should be included. We had a much better room the second time. First time was too small. First time in any hotel where they didn't provide washcloths. I found that weird!
