飯店非常乾淨漂亮 服務人員也相當熱心 房間更是讓人滿意 整體而言 很棒的飯店 下次我還要再來

待我们抵达旅店时，酒店经理告诉我们由于其他原因，必须更换房间，并向我们展示了他们的家庭房（我们原本预定了两间大床房）考虑到家庭房的确是他们比较好的房间，我们接受了，但是房间缺点也是比较明显的，只有一个浴室，上下层都没有门，私密性和隔离性都不够，比较容易相互影响。有阳台，阳台正对着河对岸的米开朗琪罗广场，所以酒店的位置一般，距离几座桥和中心区相对都比较远，但是佛罗伦萨总体不大。这是一家老牌的酒店，装饰很高，服务到位，人们都很热情，不得不提露台，虽然由于地理位置，角度不是最完美，但无疑也是一流的，如果你上去你就会知道，完全不想下来！总的来说还是比较推荐的。

Excellent staff and incredible view. Large bed, large bedroom. All very clean.

Virkelig dejligt hotel med perfekt beliggenhed, tæt på alt men roligt og med dejlig udsigt. Poolen er lille men fungere rigtig fint og giver en god balance mellem by og afslapning. Kan bestemt anbefale dette hotel og ville booke igen.

Loved the rooms but the rooftop was so crowded and quite hot. Also, you cannot swim after 6 pm. It is officially a restaurant/bar then that you HAVE TO book in advance for. It would have been nice to just sit up top and enjoy a sunset but you cannot unless you have booked up there. Lots of rules. And, sometimes it can booked out.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and made staff was very good. Rooftop area was beautiful. Having children my only wish is that the pool would be open past 6 PM. A little bit of a walk to most of Florence‘s great shopping. All in all great fine and great value for the money.

Veldig fint hotell, bor der gjerne en gang til. Nydelig takterrasse med utsikt. Men vil ikke anbefale å spise middag på takterrassen, maten var dårlig og dyr.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the entire staff was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition for doing an outstanding job—they kept the room spotless every day and made our stay even more comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Nous aurions mis « excellent » s’il y avait eu des transats autour de la piscine. La premium room est petite et sombre, il est préférable de prendre la gamme supérieure Le personnel et les femmes de chambres sont très à l’écoute La situation de l’hôtel est ideale

Rooftop pool (and the associated view) are absolutely incredible. The hotel itself is a little dated in decor / fixtures but clean and well-staffed (the staff switched the placement of the turndown service when they noticed I slept on the other side of the bed. The single room was a little tight, but it was everything I needed as a home base for a few days of solo travel in Florence. Location is just a little bit outside the heart of downtown by foot (in a good way), so expect to add on some extra steps going back and forth.

I loved The hospitality at this hotel. Everyone was so accommodating and they did a turn down service which I personally have never experienced before this trip, so that was special. It is located in an area not far from most of the sights we were interested in so that made getting around easier and cheaper. Loved the view of the Duomo from the rooftop pool and also how we had a beautiful view of the Arno River from our room. The room was kept nice and cool which was immediately noticeable on entry to the room each time. We did not use the bar on site but it looked beautiful. The concierge was most friendly and helped us multiple times to get a taxi within a few minutes. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would return if ever in Florence again!
