Great Hotel. Perfect location in the old town.

The location is great and the staff goes out of their way to help the guests. The cathedral and bars and restaurants are all walking distance from the property. Numerous beaches and coves are a comfortable 30-45 minute drive from the property. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here and plan to be back. Word of caution: Some of the roads leading up to the property are very narrow - so, if you plan to rent a car, go with smaller car.

Exceptionellt bra läge. Fint, personligt hotell med stora fräscha rum. Ganska hårda men ändå förvånansvärt sköna sängar. Dock så verkade personalen extremt junior vilket och Spa ingick ej om man ej bokat direkt av hotellet!?!

The hotel is an extraordinary cultural experience. Magnificent Baroque halls are beautifully blended with high-quality contemporary art. The staff are personally warm and exceptionally professional. The rooms are spacious, fresh, and at the same time genuinely homely. A special bonus goes to the excellent spa. The coolest palace — sorry, hotel — I have ever stayed in.

Hotel Gute lage konntest viel zu Fuß und Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erreichen. Hatten viele kleinere Tiere im Zimmer. Frühstück Auswahl für die 10 Tage zwar sehr gut aber die Auswahlmöglichkeiten sehr gering.

Absolutely gorgeous property and close to everything

Can’t recommend highly enough. The staff are so kind and friendly making you feel like you're staying with family. They went above and beyond, nothing was ever too much trouble and made the stay extra special. The location is so central and easy to walk to everything. The rooftop terrace was my favourite spot, so peaceful with sounds of the birds and church bells, away from the bustle of the city. Don’t miss out on the breakfasts, I think we tried all the options, they were all amazing! The only downside is having to leave!

Schön die Palazzo-Atmosphäre (Architektonisch und einrichtungsmässig).Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr ruhig, zum Atrium hin gelegen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Konzeptionsbedingt kann manches nicht geboten werden, wie z.B. eine Hotelbar. Es gibt kleine Mängel in der Ausstattung, wie ein klappriger Aufzug und eine wackelnde Toilette. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

There was no way to call reception from the room, or from anywhere - very difficult to get in touch with anyone when things are broken or go wrong. Otherwise, a nice hotel, but for the price similar hotels in the area offer a much better all around service.
