Hôtel bien situé. Personnel accueillant. En revanche, chambre avec fenêtre à vitre sablée, donc sans regard vers l'extérieur; de plus, elle ne s'ouvre pas. Impression désagréable d'être en sous-sol et un peu anxiogène.

Excellent hotel perfectly located. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was quite spacious and the bed comfortable. No disturbances from outside noises. I was a bit taken aback by the bathroom layout but that didn’t takes away from the comfort of the room. I was able to park around the corner from the hotel and assumed it was free public parking but can’t say for sure. I didn’t get a ticket

Just a short stay on a business trip this time, but still very much one of my favourite places to stay when I'm travelling in Europe. The rooms are large and very comfortable - Always a good night's sleep here. Friendly staff really make the difference, and being literally in the middle of Ypres you are close to everything - 3 minute walk to the Menin Gate, surrounded by restaurants, bars and some incredible history.

Perfect location for exploring the local area. Main town of Ypres only a few footsteps away. Lots of free parking around the town and it felt very safe. Amazing buffet breakfast! Would stay again without hesitation.

Reasonable size family room which was clean and fresh in decoration. Breakfast covered everything I would hope for and again seemed fresh. Great location for exploring.

Fantastic location to walk to the grote square and Flanders field museum & lion gate with parking just round the corner for €2 per day. V comfortable beds and superb shower.

Initially given an accessible room, the bathroom wasn’t clean with dirty shower floor and the toilet smelt badly of sewage. However we changed rooms and it was much better, facilities and cleanliness.

Situated in a good area with easy access to shop and restaurants. Very polite and helpful staff.

A really nice hotel, fantastic location. Very much as expected for a large chain, nothing special but also absolutely nothing to complain about. Friendly staff (as expected in Belgium anyway!), nice sized, modern rooms and lovely play area downstairs for little kids.

Hotel was in a premium location, very near to the sites we wanted to see. Can walk everywhere you need to go, even train station was only abiut 1km away to walk. Great place to stay.

So nicely located, a mere minute walk from the gorgeous Ypres Halls. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the room was super quiet and the breakfast buffet was absolutely delectable.
