Better to allow uber car in to the lobby aera

Bedroom and Bathroom smelled like feces - could not sleep in the bed because it smelled so bad in that room. Had to replace key card over 10 times in a 3 night stay resulting in countless trips to the main office where the staff was unhelpful and condescending. Got locked out of my room countless times because of this even after staff had promised to send a maintenance man to fix the door (who never came). Breakfast was overpriced and the food was poor quality for the price we paid. Only positives: room had a nice view of the ocean and the hot tub was nice. I would not recommend this hotel to any friends.

The staff were tremendous. Our room was cleaned spotlessly every day. The bellboys were very courteous and helpful as were the waiters. Room was terrific with a marvelous view. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I had a short stay, but overall, it was great! I want to thank Elena (from Taxco) for the warm welcome and smooth check in! I was also pleasantly surprised to find out I was upgraded to a bigger room for booking with Expedia. Best part was being able to watch the sunset from the beach, right off Solmar. The beach isn't swimmable but there are two pools - one that's quiet and less crowded and one with a pool bar and loud music. Perfect to lounge, depending on your mood. The hot tub didn't work properly the last night I was there, but at least the water stayed somewhat hot. Would stay again!

From Marco to Arturo to Gerardo the staff treat you like family. Best location in Cabo. (Don’t tell anybody. )

We booked a one bedroom suite and it was incredible. It had two bathrooms and one of them had a huge tub. We were fortunate to get an ocean view. It was quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and hope to return some day!

Great staff service from beginning to end. They upgraded are room from a studio to a one bedroom with killer ocean view. We bought into the non alcohol meal plan for 62/day pp. and it was fabulous. Definitely worth the money.
