La ubicación era excelente! Muy cerca del casco antiguo, frente a una parada de autobuses, supermercados cercanos. La atención fue excelente! Nos ayudaron a refrigerar unos quesos que habíamos comprado. Nos dieron indicaciones de cómo llegar a los lugares. Excelente atención! El edificio es antiguo pero todo está bien adaptado y renovado en lo más importante. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. El baño renovado. La habitación amplia. Volvería sin dudarlo

Accueil chaleureux et chambre parfaite

Het hotel lag vlak voor het grote busstation Jeanne d’Arc en tussen treinstation Matabiau en het stadscentrum. Je loopt bijboorbeeld binnen 10 minuten naar de markthal Victor Hugo. De kamer zag er schoon uit. De airco viel even uit maar hield het redelijk koel. De kamers zijn erg stil en best ruim. Wat wel opvalt is de toestand van de kamer. Kastplanken die op instorten staan. Zwaar beschadigd zijn en dus niet bruikbaar. Scheuren in muren en plafonds en de verf op de plinten ligt er ook grotendeels af. Geen kluis in de kamer, bed is vrij kort. Geen stopcontact bij het bed en bij een langer verblijf dan 1 nacht werd de kamer niet schoongemaakt. Een bordje “niet storen” ontbrak

Clean room and bathroom. Water did not drain well in shower and did build up/accumulate in shower basin. Worried it would overflow. Minimal space to hang towels. Hand towel too big. No fridge. Staff very accommodating in providing handheld steamer as well as extra coffee/sugar packets. Close to train and bus station and shops.

Le positionnement de l'hôtel est très bien, la gentillesse du personnel. Chambre à plus de 130€ la nuit sans fenêtre extérieure (juste une fenêtre sur un couloir). Le sol ne semblait pas très bien nettoyé. le petit déjeuner bien que copieux manquait de fruits de saison (uniquement pomme, orange, Kiwi), peu de choix de laitage, et le 2ème matin impossible de trouver une serviette papier (de table) et les personnes rencontrées ne semblaient pas comprendre mes demandes en français.

Hôtel assez vieillot, assesseur très petit, jamais dispo. Pour accéder à ma chambre, j'ai dû sortir par une cour arrière. Bizarre, j'étais pas à l'aise. Petit dej et localisation ok. Je trouve quand même cher pour ce que c'est...

L’hôtel est mal entretenu, les murs se lézardent, sont tachés. L’hôtel ressemble à un ibis in y a 15 ans… déçu par rapport aux photos. Ça fait le job.

Accueil aimable et à disposition.Très bien situé à 5 min à pieds du Capitole. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Great location near the Place du Capitole, restaurants, and shopping. Wonderful multilingual front desk staff, and the breakfasts are terrific.

Manque de cintres ainsi qu'une table de chevet; la salle de bains en travaux et odeur d'égouts; pas de chaines de TV à partir de la 10 ème; et surtout chambre pas refaite sur les deux jours. C'est la première fois que l'on ne refait pas la chambre sous prétexte que le client l'occupe deux jours !!??

We have stayed here many times now and it is our go to hotel when visiting Toulouse. It is in a great location for the city centre, shopping, bars and restaurants. There is easy access to the airport with a bus stop just around the corner. The rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay. If I was going to be picky I would say that a small fridge would be an advantage. I am pleased to say that having made a request for extra pillows and a different room to the last one both of these requests were met and we had a lovely stay.

Personnel agréable et serviable malgré notre arrivée tardive.

The bedroom and bathroom were both clean and spacious. The only thing missing was a small refrigerator. The bus station right in front of the hotel made it super easy to get around when we weren’t walking to so many places that were nearby.
