Excellent hotel in the heart of Genoa parking was perfect as they park the car for you from the hotel parking directly outside the hotel excellent for disabled people

Stayed in a family room and hotel was great. Breakfast was good and loved the outdoor hot tub area on the roof. Would stay again if in the area in the future.

We were assigned a room at the next-door sister hotel Savoya. Beautiful place. Nice clean room great location.

Merkezi lokasyonda, temiz ve şık bir otel. Kahvaltısı çok iyi. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

The hotel was very clean, the room had recently been redone, the air-conditioning was silent, and the room was very quiet. However, it’s a very sketchy neighborhood.

A fantastic hotel located by the train station. Not surrounded by beauty which is Genoa in general but the hotel was great. Parking out front or in private garage. Spa and sky bar. Staff were superb!

The fact that it was not made clear in advance that the parking was the most expensive in the city unfortunately detracted from the overall experience. Otherwise, this is a beautiful and charming historic hotel. The breakfast, served at the neighboring Grand Hotel Savoie, was excellent and enjoyed in a cozy indoor setting. Inside the hotel, the atmosphere is peaceful and elegant. Outside, however, there is heavy city traffic and, as is common in many larger Italian cities, occasional unpleasant smells from garbage collection.

Probably the best hotel room I have stayed in for a long time - everything was well designed, thought through and well maintained. The only fault I could find (and I’m very fussy) was that you had to unplug the fridge to plug the kettle in … otherwise perfect! Oh - and loved the old style elevator - even if the customers were hopeless at shutting the door properly so the staff had to keep running up and down the stairs to sort it out !!

L'hôtel est très bien situé juste a côté de la gare et a 15 minutes a pied du centre ville. L'hôtel est "dans son jus" et un peu vieillot (en témoigne son assenceur) mais il est fonctionnel. Les chambres sont spacieuses et climatisées. Le déjeuner est très moyen et pas a la hauteur d'un cinq étoiles.
