The location is great, and all the staff were extremely friendly. The handwritten welcome note was a lovely gesture!

Everything is perfect! The morning staff, Mert, was very friendly. Location is unbeatable. Breakfast is awesome. Would definitely stay again.

I had a lovely stay at Richmond Istanbul. It was actually such a lovely surprise when I got my room and saw the Bosphorus view from my room as I had booked it in a hurry and had no expectations for a hotel that's so centrally located, but Richmond Istanbul exceeded my expectation as it's not only centrally located but also close to restaurants, cafes and sights. The hotel itself has a lot to offer and the staff themselves are quite hospitable. I'd stay here again.
