Nice staff.

The hotel was amazing , they allowed us to check in early front desk was great , Lola was extremely attentive and friendly from check in to check out . All the staff we encountered were very pleasant . The hotel is very clean , provided coffee and delicious croissants for breakfast . The hotel is in a perfect location , five minute walk to Notre Dame basilica . Great location to restaurants and shopping . Would definitely stay again !!

Less than 5 min walk from Notre-Dame with plenty of near by shops and restaurants. Great location.

There was a gluten free bakery next door and a restaurant to the other side with gluten free options. The place was very close to Notre Dame. I slept so well there because it was very quiet with the temperature and humidity perfect. I would definitely stay again. The staff were so nice and helpful.

Excellent hôtel. Friendly staff. Clean room. Towels were too small after the shower. Breakfast included really meant a couple of croissants and coffee and orange juice

Went for a one night stay for spring break with my teens. We all had a great time. Everything is close by and the hotel itself is like a visit at the museum. Very friendly staff.

Great hotel, great location, great breakfast! Love the art all over the hotel!

They need to add a ramp at the front door. Very difficult to manage suitcases and doors then more stairs. Staff did not assist even as we struggled in. Not too happy about that arrival. They did help us with our bags leaving. Could add a fruit option to the breakfast.

The room and hotel were tired. Everything was in need of a refresh. The bed was not comfortable for us as we like firmer mattresses. The pillows were very compressed and even with three, it was too flat. The lighting in the bathroom and room itself were abysmal. The bathroom floor had a large crack running through a large part of the tile.

Really interesting art featured in the hotel. Good location. Big room. Helpful smiling staff. Simple pastries for breakfast but good quality. Would stay again.
