Excelente el buffet del desayuno y todo el servicio de primera

Would love to start by saying that the staff was very accommodating and friendly, and fhat the remodel they did to the ground floor lobby turned out great, it really looks amazing. Having said that, not one dollar went into the bedrooms, and it shows. Unfortunately, the bedroom had a nasty rat-excrement-like smell when we turned on the AC (which was off as soon as we entered the room at 8pm check-in). That was an awful start of our stay. The black out curtains were really dusty, the underside of the bed was full of dust and hair, the floor felt sticky, overall cleanliness couldve been improved. The bathroom was ok, although the SC vent was very dusty. Overall, I wish I had made a different choice of stay. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it.

Solo que el estacionamiento tiene costo de $150 pesos y eso no me agrado

The showers were really nice, beds are really comfortable, but the room smelled so bad. It smelled like if they mopped with a dirty mop, sort of like a humid smell. To check in it took like 30mins, so staff wasn’t really organized.

Buen hotel, todo muy limpio y atento el personal , pero no funciona su portal de facturación de restaurante

La habitación está muy bien Los muebles modernos y actualizados El desayuno es muy bueno Está en un área donde salir caminado es complicado, quizás eso sea lo peor, pero el hotel en sí merece la pena.

Todo bien, solo fué muy tardado el check in, un poco apatico el personal y medio desorganizado

El Hotel estaba en construcción. Las habitaciones no se muestran como en las imágenes. Las sábanas estaban sucias. El aire acondicionado no servía.

Renovations are on last stages. Not an issue for guests. Friendly helpful staff. True it is 10 mins walk to Starbucks and Fashion Drive Mall but the sidewalks are not in good shape and not really fully set up for comfortable walking for pedestrians. Overall very pleasant stay.

Habitación concepto minimalista solo faltan cajones para ropa. Personal muy atento. Desayuno bastante bien servido

El proceso del checking fue lento, no me ofrecieron los beneficios de programa de lealtad, no estaban llenos y me dieron el piso dos, donde hay mucho ruido, no había plancha, hay un evaporador que no sirve. Para nada. Había pelos en el baño de mujer, huele horrible a humedad, lo más importante, el Internet, si vienen de trabajo, no te hospeden aquí

Gran lugar, cómodo y en buena zona, para la zona excelente precio.
