The hotel is really old, maintained ok ok but overall for the price paid I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Rooms very really old, the TV wouldn’t work as the TV model is really 10-15 years old. Staff was ok, parking at the garage is good and well maintained. Overall I think the hotel can do better with rates as literally the amenities are nothing compared to other hotels around the area.

The room was huge! 30% larger than a standard room with two double beds. The beds were very comfortable as well.

Quaint hotel in downtown Banff. Don’t expect lots of bells and whistles. Expect clean rooms, great housekeeping, proximity to ski shuttle stops, nearby restaurants and a 10 min walk to the busy area of downtown. No restaurant on site, but plenty nearby. The pool and hot tub is a plus. Complimentary coffee too.

Yes , Staff are ok and room is clean. Being a Platinum member of Expedia, I choose this property because of the "Vip access" that I am entitled of a $15 food value but was not offered. Other hotels like Tunnel Mountain and Hidden Ridge are giving me a bottle of wine. It's done. .just saying.

Room itself was really nice, the jacuzzi wasn’t in the spot we expected and was a bit dark with no lighting around it. Also was kind of dirty when turning the jets on hair came out of them. The view wasn’t great either. We were at the back of the hotel and didn’t see much other than another hotel facing us. Had the curtains closed whole trip. Also no tv channels to watch in the evening to relax before bed. Kind of disappointing. But super cozy and nice hotel, Around Christmas! Don’t think I’d book the jacuzzi room again tho.

I was able to set the temperature in the room to keep it comfortably warm. Brought our own microwave, it would be nice to have a microwave and a freezer in the room

Yes, clean room and everything very tidy. I felt room was a tad chilly at times.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff super friendly. Pool area is well kept and the hot tub didnt smell like chlorine
