Our room was clean and airy. For an older building it is well maintained. One drawback is the strong odour of sulphate from the water.
I would ask that a small fridge be added to the rooms.
The breakfast was always the same thing and always cold; scrambled eggs cold, overcooked bacon cold, sausages cold, soggy potatoes cold. The fresh berries were bitter.
The yogurt was very tasty as was the assortment of freshly baked bread.
Lexi who was the receptionist almost the entire time we stayed here was absolutely amazing; very helpful with information about the surrounding area and features; as well as a wealth of information regarding tours and activities. Whenever we had a question or needed help booking tours or a transfer to the airport Lexi was always very friendly and helpful.
