酒店位于市中心，有自己的地下停车位，比较昂贵的住宿费。但前台的服务非常傲慢，回答问题特别不耐烦，而且在房间里打reception和room service的电话永远没人接。屋里比较潮湿，体感不佳。

Gutes Frühstück und die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Standardzimmer blicken allerdings nach hinten raus auf eine zwei Meter gegenüberliegende Hauswand.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing! The staff at the front desk was a bit brusque even if you spoke to them in Spanish. But the restaurant staff was the best!!!!

Great hotel in an excellent old town location

Love this hotel, lovely spacious and comfortable rooms, and friendly and accommodative staff. Great central location for exploring Valencia. Will be back

Great location! Super central to wonderful restaurants and major attractions. However, the beds were strange. We received 3 twin beds, 2 of them connected by one bed frame. The walls and floors are thin. We could hear the guests above us and on our floor. I was also charged for ice which I thought was strange. None of the other 2 hotels I stayed at - in Barcelona, and Mallorca, did such a thing. But the location is truly great and Valencia is a beautiful city.

Everything was ready to go and the hotel was very nice. Good location, walking distance to the old town. Staff was very friendly as well.

The staff was great

The staff were quite nice and the room was a.good size. The shower had strong pressure as well. I will keep the five stars as the location is also useful as it is downtown. The only minor complaint I would have is that the pillows aren't the greatest and the beds are quite firm and it was two twin beds pushed together instead of a queen or king sized mattress. Aside from that it was a good experience.

Very nice location, close to restaurants , shopping and public transportation. If you bring a car, the parking is 25 dollars per day. The room was very modern and extra clean.

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring the city. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations and questions. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and the. The room was quiet, modern, and very comfortable after long days of sightseeing. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Sehr gute Lage, viele touristische Hot Spots zu Fuß erreichbar; für entferntere Ziele z.B. Strand ist ein Leihrad sehr empfehlenswert. Das Hotel liegt an einer beruhigten Straße. Schallschutzfenster sind ein Plus, ebenso das hervorragende Frühstück mit valencianischen Leckereien.

An excellent stay at the Vincci Lys, they made us so welcime, even leaving water and sweets for us in the room. The hotel provided excellent breakfast choices and was located near to everything. We'd return in a heartbeat! Thank you
