security deposit doesn't come back my account for ten days after my checking out. That’s very strange and terrible.

Overall very nice. Friendly and helpful staff that all spoke english. Attached underground tamp for parking, $30 US. Location was good for the price, about 10 blocks from the cobblestone old town tourest area, 1-2 blocks from Chinatown. The room was great, looks like a converted apartment. Two bedrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, and great shower water pressure with a decent vanity! A little outdated (old counters), but just fine.

Location was great but the rooms are in need of renovations. Floors look dirty.

Close to China town. Room is ok. Parking fee is on the high side.

Our corner room was brand new, spacious, well equipped, and had great views. You would never know from the cramped, in-need-of-a-refresh lobby and hallways that such a lovely and comfortable room awaited you. Staff were very helpful, gracious, and accommodating.

Room was very comfortable, spacious and had a full kitchen. Location was great and close to metro stations and old Montreal. Staff was very friendly. The rooms do need some updating.

While the staff we interacted with was pleasant and helpful, I would skip this property. We've stayed at a number of similar places (bedroom suites with kitchens) in Montreal and will not return here. The facilities are very worn, like the bathroom door won't close because the insulation within it is falling out the bottom, and the kitchen was very poorly equipped.
