在我這次Quebec City及Montreal的旅程中住了幾間酒店，這間酒店是全個行程最好一間！(包括價錢不便宜的Quebec City城堡酒店) 清潔很好、房間size很好、冷氣很好、床鋪很好、洗手間一流！如果要更上一層樓，可以留意前台職員，幾個女孩子都沒有笑容，沒有招呼，但幾位男士則很好，有笑容有禮貌。 可以的話，酒店正大堂入口，可以放置藝術品、乾花或多點燈飾就更完美！

Excellent staff, good service and clean hotel, but property need more care and maintenance, we were in a junior suite room is two stories room or loft this is situated in building one, the entrance and elevator look like service entrance, the room the A/C very very old and unable to cool the room, not appropriate windows for a Hotel, not noice proof even very old Cristal quality in order to maintain the temperature inside the room comfortable, the blinds for the windows ( old and in bad situation or maintenance), we need a fan in order to sleep a little comfortable, well at the end my opinion is this Hotel is not 4 stars. In the bathroom the sink had an scratch, and the doors don’t have a proper closing, the mains doors( 2 ) in the dirt floor and in the second are not noise proof.

Loved the character of this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is awesome rooms were a little small, bathroom was very tight. There were 4 of us, but we didn’t spend much time in the room so it was ok. Would definitely go back!

For the most part everything was wonderful. The night staff went over and above to assist me. Everything in the room just felt ever so slightly like it could use a refresh. But the pillows were heavenly! They are right across from a bar that was really jumping which may be bothersome to some, but I had no issue with it. I had called to reception in the morning regarding a forgotten item, they said they would check to see if they had it and send housekeeping up. No one ever came. I would have preferred if someone had advised me they didn't have that item. Overall I would still return in a heartbeat. Lovely experience and I highly recommend.

This was the perfect location to see Notre Dame Basilica, and other places near Vieux Montreal, also the port area for the La Grande Roue (Ferris wheel). Very convenient and the jappnaise restaurant at the hotel was good. Enjoyed our stay. Also, the staff was very helpful.

Beautiful hotel very centrally located.

The hotel is conveniently located across from the Notre Dame Basilica and many excellent restaurants, all within walking distance. Located in old Montreal and within a 8 minute walk to the jazz festival venues. The staff is very friendly and speak English and French. If we travel to Montreal again this will be our hotel.

The check in staff was very cooperative and helped me check in early. The priority itself is we’ll last its prime and quite run down. The elevators are slow , dark and dingy. The quality of bedding is sub par. Overall an aged look and well past its prime. The location is great but nothing else really to recommend it.

It’s been a while since I’ve had accommodations go above and beyond, but Hotel Place d’Armes has reminded that where you stay really matters. I was reluctant at first because the pictures look like the rooms were small and dated, but I couldn’t be more wrong. The location is nestled in Old Montreal and is a short walk from Notre-Dame. The building and rooms blend the old bones of the bank that it once was as well as incorporating modern interior. THE ROOM WAS MASSIVE, gorgeous bathroom, and a bed I did not want to leave. If that hasn’t convinced you, the staff will impress you at every point in your stay. The attention to detail, the kindness, and the over friendliness exceeded my expectations. TL;DR: Just book this hotel. Worth the money. 14/10 experience.

Great stay. Great convenient location from which to explore Montreal, with metro stop close by. Few minor issues that occurred were quickly resolved by staff. Concierge, Ricardo, was excellent. Valet staff great and we were able to have our EV charged in the parking garage. Superior king room was spacious and very comfortable. Appreciated ability to cast Netflix on TV. Would stay again.

Wonderful hotel, staff, food and location

Fantastic hotel. Everything was perfect! Loved that they have Le Labo products in their bathrooms. I give it 11/10!!!

Ricardo, front desk and housekeeping staff were excellent. Maintenance was prompt but door handle on bathroom kept breaking off. One person was stuck in bathroom for a bit!

Nice staff and elegant hotel. Shower could be improved and would love to have had a kettle to make tea.

We were upgraded to a wonderful room after our initial room with two beds was problematic due to windows without proper drapes. The staff, particularly SouSou, at the front desk were so understanding and accommodating. We had a marvelous time and are so grateful!

Was upgraded to a two level room with a lower sitting room and desk, and a bedroom loft. Gorgeous brickwork, enormous bathroom with tub.

It was very lovely and situated perfectly to the square and the old town.

The location is perfect and friendly staff. I highly recommend.
