All staff we encountered were lovely. Easy check in; Clean well presented comfortable room; Parking included; Great breakfast, love that they remind guests to only take what you will eat to save waste; Good location, not far from Sydney, or Northern Beaches. Overall we had a really great stay 😊

Very well situated close to Pacific Highway, but road noise zero. Large room with air con, large screen tv, wifi, parking, functional bathroom and breakfast most satisfactory. Value for money.

We enjoyed the Breakfast it had a variety of hot and cold food. The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable however there were a few large flies flying in the bedroom, the hotel is dated and did not have a lift (elevator) making it inconvenient for seniors having to carry large heavy suitcases up the stairs.

the breakfast was a warm at best. just a version od what you would expect it was all in warmer trays. room was ok good shower

Beautiful clean room, modern and spacious & bright. Free parking on site, and comes with free buffet breakfast with great variety of hot and cold food. What a nice place to stay and such a pleasant surprise on the busy Pacific Highway and the room is so quiet. I will definitely come back anytime.

While it was convenient having free parking, the bathroom fan was very noisy, as it was when we last stayed here 3 years ago. In addition the wifi was very faint so could not be used. Even the bars on our mobile phones, after resorting to mobile data, were only 1 or 2 bars. While the restaurant provided an adequate buffet breakfast, the “hot” food was only luke warm, perhaps having been turned off too soon.

I booked this place for my elderly mum to stay for one night while visiting in Sydney.. The room was great, modern, clean, king sized bed, good air con and big tv. She enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The only issue was there are no lifts, so getting up and down the stairs was difficult for her, but the staff were good and helped her with her suitcase. Next time I would just need to request a ground floor room for her. Overall, a great little hotel and would definitely book again.
