一間自1907年落成至今的歷史悠久酒店，但基本上毫無維護，地毯很舊，所有設備都很舊，一進房間有很重的臭味，令人不適，強烈建議酒店應該要停止接收新的客人並進行一次大改造，也強烈建議所有想訂此酒店的客人改訂別間，千萬不要訂這間，你絕對會後悔。 除此之外，入住第一天房間內沒有飲用水、沒有抽取式衛生紙，第二天整理房間才補上，我住了四晚，每天打掃人員都會留下一些清潔用具忘了帶走，很不專業；酒店人員看到客人不打招呼，不友善，不幫忙，整體服務令人相當失望。 總結來說，原本只想給一顆星，多的部分是對這間超過百年酒店的尊重。

旅館具歷史性，很豪華有格調。 房間略小，稍嫌老舊。 地點很方便

走进酒店的大厅，就像走进一座博物馆。让我真切第感受到酒店一百多年的历史和酒店高品质的服务。如果你是第一次来墨西哥城，体验日内瓦酒店应该是优先的选择。

Great place to stay for adventure, right in walking distance to the Reforma, you can easily join in the celebrations that CDMX might be offering that weekend.

The hotel lobby and entrance was beautiful BUT the cleaners of the lobby restrooms in the public areas was TERRIBLE. The room was a different story. The rooms was very clean but tired furniture that definitely has seen better days. The staff the the breakfast restaurant up in the front of the hotel was excellent. So yes, a mix review. Great location I have to say.

Highly recommend this hotel, Especially for solo travelers. Even though the hotel was only a couple blocks from the Angel of independence and I stayed during a Mexico world cup match I did not hear any noise from the outside in my room

Beautiful historic hotel. From the moment you walk in the staff is helpful. Got the room with 3 beds and it was very spacious and clean. Phone bar was unique and felt like a speakeasy. I would definitely stay here again in future visits to CDMX.

EXCELENTE

Amazing the concept of bein a museum also, but the rooms look, feel and are quite old, maybe kept that way on purpose. Surrounding are not of my liking, a lot of marihuana smell every where and lot of woke stores…. Breakfast was goo but bot amazing as i tead from other reviewers, not worth the extra $56 daily All in all a good hotel, outdated of course but was kind of expected but wont be my hotel next time in Mexico City

La bañera tiraba agua y el baño se inundó. La cama era matrimonial y no queen como decía en la reserva. La alfombra del cuarto sucia y rota. Los muebles muy maltratados.
