一間自1907年落成至今的歷史悠久酒店，但基本上毫無維護，地毯很舊，所有設備都很舊，一進房間有很重的臭味，令人不適，強烈建議酒店應該要停止接收新的客人並進行一次大改造，也強烈建議所有想訂此酒店的客人改訂別間，千萬不要訂這間，你絕對會後悔。 除此之外，入住第一天房間內沒有飲用水、沒有抽取式衛生紙，第二天整理房間才補上，我住了四晚，每天打掃人員都會留下一些清潔用具忘了帶走，很不專業；酒店人員看到客人不打招呼，不友善，不幫忙，整體服務令人相當失望。 總結來說，原本只想給一顆星，多的部分是對這間超過百年酒店的尊重。

旅館具歷史性，很豪華有格調。 房間略小，稍嫌老舊。 地點很方便

Staff was great and hotel is literally a museum which is awesome! Rooms are very outdated but the hotel itself makes up for it.

Staff made multiple mistakes and failed on their promises/standards. On the other hand, they did try hard to make it up to us after the fact.
