Very friendly and helpful front desk staffs. Free city bike, location is ok. Room is a bit tiny.

Room was small but that was exactly what I selected. Bathroom was spacious enough, bright, clean and the towels were thick & huge. Location is so convenient to walk everywhere and staff were responsive & very helpful

Beds were not too comfy, the rest was excellent.

In die Jahre gekommen und dann auch noch ein winziges und lautes Zimmer. Und das obwohl wir extra die teurere Kategorie gebucht haben, Aber die Rezeption war wirklich sehr bemüht und am nächsten Tag das Zimmer gewechselt, dann zumindest ok.

La calefacción es horrible, con aire caliente. Entraba aire frío por las ventanas. Nos pusimos enfermos.

This hotel is in a perfect location in central Bilbao. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was a good size with a luxury bathroom. The icing on the cake was that the staff arranged for some Cava t be left in the room for my partner’s birthday which was a lovely surprise. Definitely recommend this hotel and will return when we next visit beautiful Bilbao!

I've stayed total of over a month in this hotel. Location is great. Some first floor rooms are noisy due to people walking behind your door all the time Doors don't block much noise and there is a gap under the door...

タオルは床に置かないと替えてくれない、以外は快適に過ごせました。スタッフ皆さんもとても親切でした。アクセスも良く、いいホテルでした。

Staff were very helpful and very clean space.

Room was clean and staff was helpful, street noise unbearable from room 109, not hotel’s fault revelers are very loud all hours of the night and well into the morning when noise from delivery trucks to the nearby grocery store takes over, be sure to ask for a room in a quieter section of the property!

Central beligfenhed

Room was small but located in old Bilbao which is ideal. Elevators were kind of weird, probably because the building is so old. No closets, so not ideal for long stay.
