Very good hotel service, served with welcome drink, snack and apple, clean and large windows with good views. You must visit the Sunset bar, if you have time to enjoy a drink there, super!

I went to H 10 Barcelona on a solo 50th birthday celebration. I was looking for a beautiful hotel to give me the full Gothic quarter experience. I read over reviews of many hotels and lots of solo travelers raved about his hotel and how friendly the staff was. I believe I let them know. It was my birthday so after checking in getting dressed, hitting the town for a while I came back to the most beautiful gesture of a slice of chocolate birthday cake, which was my favorite and a bottle of champagne.. It was perfect in every way rooftop was breathtaking. I had dinner some drinks up there, and although they said I went during a heat wave it didn’t feel that hot when the sunset. Every day, there was a little treat, waiting for me when I would return to my room. The room comes with complementary robes and slippers and a super cute toiletry bag. Also no need to bring any shampoos, conditioners or lotions. It’s all there. And it’s just a 15 minute walk to the beach. Thank you H 10 and staff for making my 50th birthday everything I imagined.

We had a small issue with our original room but the staff promptly addressed it by giving us a new room and giving us free breakfast for the entire duration of our stay! Overall, fantastic customer service!

Lovely hotel in a great location to access Barcelona whether by foot or using the metro. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming whether after a long journey checking in which was quick and smooth or relaxing on the terrace. The hotel itself is a beautiful building all rooms accessed were clean and very comfortable and the rooftop terrace and pool was a lovely way to end a day of sightseeing with views across the city and sea. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be my go to choice when visiting Barcelona which we intend to do.

Perfect location for exploring. Staff were always very helpful and polite. Room was clean and had a good level of sound proofing from outside noise. Nice large chilled out lounge area at reception. Roof top bar/ seating area and plunge pool is an added bonus.

We highly enjoyed our 3-night stay. The location is terrific. It is on the main street through the Gothic Quarter and easy walking distance to all of that area and beyond, with shopping, restaurants, bars and more all right there. There also is a metro stop right across the street. The pool and roof-top terrace are terrific. Be sure to go up to enjoy the lovely views across the city, from Montjuic to Sagrada Familia. The staff were kind and very helpful, especially in helping us figure out the Tour de France route. During the afternoon, they also maintain a guest snack bar with tasty treats. The room was stylishly designed and very comfortable. We had street-front windows, and the room still was quiet. We definitely would stay here again and easily recommend it.

Staff was extremely helpful. Bar and rooftop terrace are so nice. A little hidden paradise in the city. Walking distance to a lot. We enjoyed our time here

We only stayed one night, and it was good. Only thing was how loud it was at night. You can hear everything going on outside, all through the night. Not sure if it was just because we had a room near the street. But I am usually a heavy sleeper and it even woke me up a few times. I would stay there again, maybe just requesting a quieter room.

Our 1 night stay was miserable. The ac was not working good, and when we asked the front desk for help, the worker they sent just told us it will take 1 hour to cool down and it never did. Very uncomfortable to sleep hot!

Very Good Hotel

Vi ble møtt i resepsjonen da vi ankom midt på natta av de blideste og mest elskverdige Personale du kan tenke deg. Takterrassen, med basseng, bar og restaurant er helt topp og hotellets beliggenhet nær Metroen og gamlebyen og nært stranden. Vi kommer tilbake hit neste gang vi er i Barcelona

Very helpful pleasant staff. Hotel in a great location-close to sights, metro, cafes, bars, restaurants. Very walkable area. Really enjoyed Barri Gotic area. Good breakfast selection. Nice amenities. Nice sized room but uncomfortable mattress. Slept on extra pillows to be more comfy.

Great location and clean. Whole booking I was able to communicate through Expedia and hotel was responsive. They helped schedule a car. The location was so good that we would definitely stay there if we return to Barcelona.

Hotel staff was very helpful with communication prior to our arrival and booking our transportation to the hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful upon arrival and throughout our trip. Hotel is in a great location. Loved having dinner on the rooftop watching sunset. It was such a beautiful view of Barcelona.

We had such a wonderful stay! The rooftop is a true gem with view of ALL of Barcelona. Our room had everything we could need and more! Wonderful AC, tv, comfy beds. The front desk staff was attentive and kind. Thank you Ahmed for some great restaurant recommendations!
