Excellent that puts out real effort to serve their clients. The 24 hour fresh grind coffee, and often pastry put out are great as well. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Efforts are made at revycling. Parking on site is a plus.

Earns stars for location, self wine pouring station and flavoured water machine. Loses points for putting us in a shady basement in the loudest room. Directly under entrance and lounge area. If they offer you room 21 run. Be careful turning on the shower-it leaks at the bottom of the hose and will soak the room if you aren’t careful. Also if the toilet runs just add water to the tank with the ice bucket. Breakfast was mediocre…but not bad.

The staff were simply so nice and helpful in every way.

Welcoming reception area - greeted by roaring fireplace & friendly staff. Complimentary coffee/tea station a very nice amenity. Cozy & clean room, relatively quiet for restful sleep. Perfect location for Winter Carnival! Short walk to restaurants, riverfront Toboggan slide, & most Carnival sites/activities. Highly recommend Hotel Chateau Bellevue & would stay again!

La cercanía al Château Frontenac y que está dentro del viejo Quebec, sin embargo les falta limpiar y trapear el piso de la habitación.

The location was perfect with free parking. Our room small but all that we needed. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would love to stay here again in the near future.

Staff went over and above. Fantastic place to stay.

We had a lovely, large room - very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The coffee machine was open 24/7 and the continental breakfast was very well done. The price was great for the hotel as well as the breakfast. The staff was the best I have ever encountered over my years of staying at different hotels. The reception staff was friendly, helpful, professional and attentive to your needs. The staff that kept the breakfast replenished and the area tidy were very friendly and efficient. It would be my first choice to stay at the Hotel Chateau Bellevue again when I return to Quebec City.
