Room was fine, booked an extension that wasn’t communicated between Expedia and the property so I was woken up to walk downstairs to fix it since the customer support couldn’t communicate with the Spanish speaking staff, was locked out of my room for an hour and a half while they could figure out how to verify my extension, almost made me pay double for the extra staff. Was almost left behind by our scheduled transportation shuttle while having to prove I paid for the extension since I couldn’t access my clothes. It came down to me having to translate for Expedia customer support to explain to the hotel staff how to validate my extension, pretty stressful ordeal.
