Great breakfast clean room nice staff

Staff were very nice. Breakfast was great had everything you needed. Room was clean. They use Dove for the bathrooms. Pool was great, hot tub is hot as it should be and pool is warm great for little kids. Check in and out was a breeze. Only thing that would be nice is to have lotion in the bathrooms. We didn’t have any. Also if your staying in the hotel for a night and like the room to be dark, there are black out blinds BEHIND the white sheer curtains hiding in the corner. They are there just hiding lol.

Kids had a blast on the water slide. Older rooms but did the trick

The room was clean and tidy, the receptionist was kind and attentive. Breakfast was good and freshly made. My stay was really short, but placid.

Room was clean and spacious, hot tub was nice, breakfast was adequate. As a gluten free guest, I appreciated the eggs and sausages, but would have enjoyed hash browns to make it a filling breakfast.

Everything was great!! But the shower needs a new shower head!

No sound proofing. We could hear everything in the room above and in the halls.

The pictures look great but the rooms are not sound proofed at all. You can here absolutely everything. We had people above us running from the time of check in till 1am. We called the front desk to address our concerns and nothing was done. I had to go up and ask the people to tone it down. The room smelt strongly of weed again they did nothing to help us with this. Then we went for breakfast where homeless where coming in and taking over the breakfast area. We then tried out the pool. What a dangerous area. They show a nice pool area and waterslide. One that I'm surprised there isn't more injuies at. The pool is extremely shallow for a slide of that capacity. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

The room was clean, the staff courteous. And the breakfast bar was good.

We asked to get more pillows for the sofa pull out and the staff declined. The blanket inside the sofa bed was dirty. When we went to the pool, someone vomited next to the pool and it took a long time to get someone in to clean it. Not a good experience. The Wyndham chain is usually our favourite chain. However we will never book with this hotel again

Staff were friendly. Kids had fun on the watersides. Towels were stalked at the pool. Breakfast was fresh. Self made waffles and some kind of egg and meat option. Hotel was a little on the older side. Pull out couches are not very comfortable but the main beds are very cozy.

Check in was quick and easy. Friendly staff. The common areas are dated but generally clean. Lack of attentiveness to detail in hotel maintenance in general. For example the hot tub has loose tiles. Burnt out lights in our room & bathroom, missing hook on shower door, hair conditioner pump not working. Grout in showers needs some attention. Breakfast - by the time I went down around 9 all of the tables were full and little selection left. But my son had been down earlier and had an omelette and sausage rounds which he said were good.
