I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The overall cleanliness was far below expectations, the room did not feel properly cleaned, restocked with towels, no coffee or garbages emptied. There were noticeable issues that made it uncomfortable to relax. The mattresses were another major concern. They were extremely worn out and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. For a hotel stay, that’s a basic expectation that wasn’t met. On top of that, the rooms are very outdated and in need of renovation. The furniture, decor, and overall condition felt old and neglected, which added to the poor experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to cleanliness, bedding, and room updates.

The vending machines on the 3rd floor did not work, the elevators had a gear oil smell like something was burning, those were my only complaints. The staff were super helpful, rooms were clean and the dining room for breakfast was clean and well stocked.

Breakfast was great, only interaction with staff was check in. Day of check out they literally threw out bill under the door at 5am and kept sliding our do not disturb under the door as we were in the room hours from check out. Room was nice, very few open outlets. No food for snacks, good thing we brought them.

Breakfast was good. Pool was nice for smaller kids.

Our bed sheets had dried blood/other stains on them. Could tell they were washed, but unacceptable to use stained linen. Other than that, it was an average stay. Pool is great for young kids as it is shallow. Waterside was great. Accessible and easy to get around.

clean room, good breakfast

Our FAVORITE! This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. Its busy but We LOVE it! The staff are wonderful, the rooms are spacious and clean. Its kid freindly. By 10pm the hotel got quiet. We had 4 rooms, 7 adults, 2,4,5 year old. Full Breakfast - delicious, hot omelets, sausage and waffles. Amazing restaurant in the parking lot who will deliver to the hotel. Pool/hot tub - Hours are amazing, great for littles with a shallow end and the big kids too. Good size hot tub and nice seatting area.

Clean rooms and amazing breakfast

Room was clean and neat, but on the second morning, there was no hot water and the staff had nothing more than sorry to say.

Exceptionally clean facility. Staff was wonderful. One of the ladies helping at breakfast was fabulous. I wish I would have gotten her name. She deserves a special shout out. The pool, although a little small, was a huge attraction for my kids. The slide was fun. Would recommend for families.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff were helpful and efficient. Unfortunately didn't use the pool. Had breakfast two mornings, waffles both times and they were great! Second morning was quite busy so a bit of waiting involved.

We stay here almost every time we visit Edmonton! Rooms are spacious and cozy, the pool and hot tub are great after a long day of shopping, and the free breakfast buffet is always a perk! This hotel is also a 5-7 min drive to the West Ed Mall, Walmart, and other shopping! It's a nice reliable hotel, we always enjoy staying here.

The breakfast scrambled eggs were stone cold, the blow dryer in our room didn’t work the coffee maker in our room didn’t work and the tv was totally a waste of my time to even figure out

Pool deck had dirty bandaids on it when we arrived Saturday. They were still there Sunday morning so pool deck was clearly not cleaned overnight. I fished a used hairnet out of the water. Very noisy at night. No enforcement of quiet time.
