The stay was very mediocre. We had several issues. First off, we got into one room and there were mysterious stains on the sheets on one of the beds. Our bathroom door did not fully close as the door was too big for the frame. The staff was helpful in having someone come up quickly to fix the problem- the problem was fixed by a maintenance man coming in and sanding the door down, leaving wood chips everywhere. Our toilet wouldn’t flush 90% of the time either. The second night our power in the room went out. The staff was helpful in quickly helping us switch to a new room- however the cards did not work to enter the room and we had to be given the physical key. When we asked the front desk for more towels the staff working at the time seemed to be annoyed we were asking. The second room was much nicer and cleaner than the first room. However the showers in both rooms looked like they had never had a deep clean in their life. The breakfast was terrible, limited options and low quality food. The hotel pool was very dirty looking, we couldn’t bring ourselves to swim in it. The hotel staff was overall kind and helpful with the exception of the one. The lobby was nice but misleading to how the rooms were. Wouldn’t stay there again but not the worst. Could stay at a nicer place for the price.

Don't stay there

Everything was excellent. The only suggestion I have is to improve room maintenance by checking that shampoo, body wash, and other toiletries are fully refilled before each new guest arrives. Other than that, we had a great stay. Thank you!

The room was not soundproof — we could hear every movement and conversation happening in the corridor, and some guests speaking loudly outside were clearly audible inside the room. Inside, the room itself was clean and well maintained. However, the breakfast was disappointing. There were no sausages, bacon, or similar items, and on the second day there was no scrambled egg available. We had to make do with bread and boiled eggs.

We were satisfied from the room. Comfortable and clean. The location was good. We used the underground train. We also enjoyed Noam restorant

Room was terrible they gave us the keys without knowing they sent us to another person room who was inside . The meals are horrible if you go at 9.50am you getting nothing everything is removed . Not worth it

Very run down and old. The rooms were dated. The facilities dated. The laundry was $1 coins only but reception had no coins to assist if needed. Breakfast included was not great. Paper plates. Bamboo cutlery. If guests didn’t clear their table when leaving the tables weren’t cleared due to lack of staff. Ramada in Australia has much higher standards. This was very disappointing.

Everything was good! Room was clean beds were comfy only thing is parking. They charged $11.50 for parking per night and at nights parking was full people parked their cars in the middle just enough space to bring the car in and then out again. When I asked staff about parking I had to go park the car in another hotel pay there and ask for refund from them. This was all late night at 2 by the time i went to other hotel came back it was 3:30am. Staff should've at least apologized. But other than that it is a good stay

There were homeless in right front of the hotel, which were creating unsafe environment for customers. Also key came without properly activated when we checked-in which makes us go all the way downstairs to activate again. Overall I would not prefer to book this hotel again!

I wanna start saying that i’m giving 2 stars just because i feel bad for the staff,, and I didn’t go ask to change the room so don’t wanna be all negative on my review 1rst When I entered the Hotel the main floor had a bad smell that I didn’t like. Then the room where I slept on the 1rst floor had a bad smell also. I was too tired to go ask to change it and had to leave early but I didn’t sleep good at all. The staff was helpful but the Hotel for me was Very bad. Never going there again.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Ok breakfast. Nearby bus stops. Would stay there again

Overall fine. Convenient location, not too noisy (despite Decarie!), friendly staff, comfy bed, great shower, decent breakfast.

Room was perfect but the hallway need more attentions

It was a nice place to stay, quiet, free from smoking. 15 minutes away from downtown by car. The rooms were kept clean . The amenities were outdated. Other hotels offer a pack lunch for people who step out early to excursions. No many Places to eat, 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to a restaurant 20 mins to a mall.

Property is dated and would greatly benefit from some renovations. Rooms aren't the cleanest, and several of the amenities, including the coffee maker and TV, weren't in working order. The bed was also on wheels and would roll out from the wall while climbing in. Parking is pretty limited and not included with the room. Staff at the front desk was cordial but not overly warm. On the upside, housekeeping provided fresh towels and made the bed daily while we were out and about. They offer a free continental breakfast with a coffee station every morning and have several vending machines with snacks and drinks in the lobby. Overall, an okay place to stay if you don't plan on spending a lot of time at the hotel.
