位置在市中心，各景點步行都可以到達，很方便，離中央車站也不遠，櫃檯服務人員態度親切，推薦我們當天是維也納莫札特交響樂團的最後一場音樂會，值得去聽，讓我們享受到這場音樂會，典型的歐陸早餐非常不錯，餐廳氣氛很好，免費咖啡和熱可可可以直接跟服務人員點，如果下次再去維也納會想再入住，也會推薦給朋友。

All staff very welcoming helpful and friendly. Short walk to many town centre attractions bus and tube. Enjoyed stay.

It was such a pleasure to check-in to the property after coming from my friend's beautiful Vienna apartment....BUT had a smoker below her! I was greeted by lovely woman at the front desk who gave me a brand newly renovated room. I could smell the fresh paint and new wood on the floors. The bathroom was pretty and had brand new toiletries--- best of all the entire hotel is absolutely SPOTLESS! Don't forget to ask your complimentary daily drink from the bartender. Sitting in the lounge is so relaxing before your dinner out with friends. The location of the hotel is prime, but not packed with tourists (like closer to the Albertina and those shops)-although still in walking distance to everything! I couldn't believe the price for what you get. Oh, and the housekeepers are so nice and precise! Book here and you won't be sorry. Bravo, Kaiserhof! You get my vote and I'm very picky!

Excellent stay, great location, cozy and relaxed environment, good continental breakfast. The sauna and fitness room is also a plus. Will stay there again next time.

Fourth visit to the Kaiserhof and it didnt dissapoint. Excellent hotel, amazing staff and the breakfast is superb. I would recommend this hotel with no hesitation. It is exceptional in every way.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was central and easy to get around from. It was a very quick 200m walk to the metro/subway. Also it’s just around the corner from a nice little supermarket where we bought our yoghurt and croissants and drinks for breakfast. The staff were lovely - very polite and helpful and friendly. We loved our room - but please provide a better and larger garbage can. The only one for garbage (not recycling) was super small and in the bathroom. Thank you for a lovely stay!

A most enjoyable and comfortable stay. It is abundantly clear that the staff take pride in providing a very high standard of service. They are attentive and personable. The breakfast is excellent. Highly recommend.

The room was clean and beautiful location. Great for walking. The breakfast was wonderful.

One of the best properties we stayed at, they upgraded us to their suite, which was out of this world. It was spacious, multi level, had an amazing bath tub. The staff at the front desk were always very helpful.

Chambres propres, accueil chaleureux, petit dejeuner frais avec beaucoup de choix

L'hôtel n'a pas prévenu qu'il était en travaux et donc que les chambres étaient extrêmement bruyantes de 9h à 17h. Pour un hôtel qui se veut haut de gamme, un tel comportement ne correspond pas à ce que l'on est en droit d'attendre.

チェックインの時間より少し早く着いたのですが快くお部屋に案内してくださいました。お部屋やバストイレも清潔で、スタッフの皆さんがとっても優しくて楽しい滞在となりました。 朝食のビュッフェは選びきれないほどの選択肢があり大変美味しかったです。毎日違うパンやチーズを選んで食べました。 また中心地のすぐ近くでトラムも地下鉄も気軽に使えるため、観光するには最高の立地だと思います。

Hyggelig sentralt hotel

모둔게 훌륭했어요~ 특히 친절한 직원님들 너무 감사드리고 저희 새벽에 잘츠부르크 가야했던날 저희만을 위해 새벽 6시에 조식을 따로 준비해 주셨어요. 너무 감동이었습니다. 사우나 시설도 있는데 사용을 못해서 아쉬웠네요. 비엔나에 다시 오면 또 여기서 머물고 싶어요. 사실 이번이 두번째입니다.

The entire staff was phenomenal. I would like to point out Lea and Anastasia. Both helped me tremendously from breakfast (which Lea ran exceptionally) to random tourist questions I had (Anastasia was so helpful and patient). The room was lovely, the breakfast is tasty and many options and the overall vibe was classy but comfortable). I would definitely stay again. The one thing i must point out was the construction. The drilling and noise was present from my first arrival day to my last full day. I stayed 8 nights. I guess bad timing for me because it was constant. No way was I ever getting an afternoon nap. Again, not reflective of any of the staff just,bad timing for me booking during their upgrade. Other than that.....the stay was phenomenal!!! Thankk you !!!

I was not informed before arriving that they would be working all day drilling in the room right next to me. This lasted for my whole stay.
